Kitty Hawk has ample parking for beach access and you are just a 5-minute drive to the beach. Like to Golf? Sea Scape Golf Club is just minutes away. You will find plenty to do at the cottage, with a rec room offering a full-size pool table, hot tub on the ground level patio, and time to relax on the deck. There's even another den for the kids to hang out, play games and watch TV. Don't forget the LCD TV in the living room and three master bedrooms. Top-Level: Great Room with TV, DVD, Gas Fireplace, Deck Access, Kitchen with Bar seats 3, Dining Table seats 8, Hall Half Bathroom, King Master Bedroom with TV; Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Mid-Level: Rec Room with Pool Table, TV, and Deck Access, King Master Bedroom with TV and Deck Access; Queen Master Bedroom with TV; Queen Bedroom with TV; Hall Full Bathroom. Ground-Level: Den with TV, Wet Bar with Refrigerator, Patio Access with Hot Tub leading to Private Pool, Bedroom with Duo Bunk and TV; Hall Full Bathroom. Extras: 2024 Beach Gear Credit, 2025 Beach Gear Credit, Private Pool (13 x 32), Hot Tub, Wireless Internet Access, DVD Player, Pool Table, 2 Refrigerators, Gas Fireplace, Gas Grill, No Smoking, PETS NOT ALLOWED, Parking: 4 Cars, Milepost 2.5. Additional amenity details: Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The house itself was a beautiful house and nicely decorated, but the cleanliness of the house was very awful. When spoke to the company that cleans the house, we were told it was up to standards. There was trash all over the yard when we pulled up, when we enter the house it was just not clean at all

We're a family of 9 and had plenty of space in the house. The 3 levels were convenient to separate kids from adults at times. The pool and hot tub were an amazing feature that you cannot find in a lot of houses, especially for the price we had paid. The beach is only 2 minutes away by car and there is plenty of shopping close by as well. We had a couple issues that were resolved within less than 24hours by the property management. Fantastic and easy communication.

I must say that the home itself and location was great. However the cleanliness of the house was atrocious! I will be contacting the owners directly with details but just know that I would never rent though Blue Via Vrbo again.

Great cottage to stay with friends. Had a few minor issues when we checked in but property manager was very helpful and friendly even after hours. They had a wasp problem on the upper deck which was aggravating but that just nature. They could update shower heads mine screamed at me the entire shower. Party lights would be nice on each of the decks and around the hot tub. Pool was not open yet would have like to try that out. I would definitely stay at this location again it was a very clean cottage and in a great quiet location.

We wanted to hang out, chat, cook meals, do some art projects and walk on the beach. We could do all of it at Bama Breeze. The living area was so roomy. We had what we needed in the kitchen and the beach was a short drive away.
