We are a leisurely 15 minutes stroll or an easy 3 minutes drive away from the crystal clear Marriott Morning Star beach. Our cheerful, air-conditioned, 700 sq ft studio welcomes YOU to make it your home away from home. Built on a large tropical lot, privacy is definitely not an issue. French doors open onto the spacious balcony where you can relax, unwind, enjoy the amazing sunsets, or just savor the tropical breezes. The studio was impeccable decorated and very large for a studio with huge walk-in shower and bathtub and large kitchen as well as walk-in closet holding everything you could need from beach hats to beach chairs, snorkel equipment, ice chest with blue ice, bug spray. It also had a fun king-size four poster bed. Hosts brought us fresh bread first morning and answered questions by text as needed. Drawbacks are the very steep driveway in (don't attempt without 4 wh drive) and internet connectivity issues. I would go back.

A very quiet area on St Thomas. The apartment is plenty big with everything you need for a day (or 4) at the beach. Really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.

Cute place, great view
The driveway has an incline that will get you breathing heavy and sweating. It's tough to climb and no one wanted to drive it. Other than that, the location is nice. Taxis found us just fine. Close to a couple beaches. Morningstar Beach is closed due to Marriott doing construction in the area, so plan accordingly.

We said we were an older couple (which we are early mid 60’s) but healthy and she was concerned about us making it up the driveway. It was very nice. The place is well stocked and even included snorkel fins! Although it was close to the busy port area it was quiet. Thanks for a great stay

We said we were an older couple (which we are early mid 60’s) but healthy and she was concerned about us making it up the driveway. It was very nice. The place is well stocked and even included snorkel fins! Although it was close to the busy port area it was quiet. Thanks for a great stay

Corlette is super nice and very responsive. The place looked and smelled great, and the view of the ocean is stunning. You really can't go wrong here if you're travelling as 1-2 people!

Experience Driver Needed
We enjoyed our stay and Coletta checked in on us while we were there. We appreciated that she meet us because our flight was late and we arrived three hours late to St. Thomas. After getting our rental, it was dark and we got lost trying to find our Studio. It is easy to miss the road as it is not paved and vegetation is overgrown and no address posted. The Studio was exactly like the photo advertised. It was bright, clean, and very welcoming. WE TRULY LOVED IT and it was very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our coffee overlooking the Bay on the beautiful mural bench in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. However, we would advise anyone interested in this property to have excellent driving skills as this was the most difficult entrance and parking we have ever had to do in all our years of renting vacation homes. The hill was too steep and trying to park in our spot required going up another incline, backing up, and driving down another incline/hill. Every time we went in and out we felt as if our car was going to slide backwards or run downwards away from us. Thank goodness we got a car with front wheel drive. We were anxious every time we came and went out that we would damage our rental as we heard the bottom of the car dragging/touching the ground. We recommend to not return from outings at night. Best Recommendation: maybe a Jeep/four wheel drive vehicle.

I would go back again without a blink .. the place is AWESUM .. Charlotte thought of everything to make your stay the very best.. there is nothing I can add that’s negative to renting this property ..

The host was absolutely fantastic!!!! Amazing from beginning to end, communication was excellent, her personality was exceptional, I am so happy I chose this property to stay at. My luggage was taken by mistake at the airport and she made sure I had everything I needed! I was part of a wedding as the maid of honor and did not have my dress but she brought over a few things for me to try so I could still attend the wedding without wearing my airport comfy outfit! Not only is Corlette an amazing host but an amazing person!!!! Her property is gorgeous and we were so happy! I would definitely stay here again or recommend it!

Awesome Honeymoon!!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and Corlette had the studio decorated with rose petals, and a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived. We had everything we needed in the studio - from items to take to the beach i.e chairs, towels, cooler, sunscreen and even aloe for my sunburn afterwards:-)

Corlette and Ken were great hosts! The Studio has all the amenities needed to enjoy the fantastic Virgin Islands. We had a fun time in St. Thomas and St. John.
We got used to driving on the left side of the road and the steep driveway that led to the studio. Corlette even drove up first and led us to see the wonderful sunset at Paradise Point.

Great apartment - close to everything & great view
This was the perfect location for our 4-night stay - close to everything! The apartment looks exactly as pictured. It is very clean with a comfortable bed and a/c unit for the island heat. The large bathroom and shower were a plus! Corlette is an awesome host who is available and willing to offer suggestions and assistance if you need anything.
I will say that the driveway is very steep for anyone not used to island life/driving. (I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues.) It's best to get a Jeep or 4x4, stay in low gear and take it slow. Once you're up there, the view is gorgeous and you'll love the apartment!

Nice place and nice people.Picked us up when we arrived because I didn't have cell service or wifi to get the directions. Any problems were taken care of immediately. Lots of room. Driveway steep so be aware of that. Best to rent a Wrangler to get up it. Would recommend, I would stay here again.

This not so little studio is just minutes to anything you want. Super clean and fully furnished. Just don't be afraid of the steep road. Just use your lower gear. Thank you Corlette for being such a nice host.

I, my wife, and our two adult children spent 11 fabulous days in the USVI. We stayed in this magnificent studio which, despite its name, had plenty of room for all four of us. The property is centrally located so getting to and from beaches all over St. Thomas (and Water Island) was a breeze. The place came with a fully equipped kitchen (including spices!), lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, washer and dryer, and an extra blow-up queen size mattress (which we used). Best of all, Corlette, the owner and hostess went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. In fact, the first night we were there we decided to go to the grocery store. On the way back we got a bit lost and I called Corlette to ask for the specific address to put into our GPS. She gave us that and immediately offered to come and lead us back to the place! We managed to get back without her generous offer but her offer-to-help-without-hesitation was very comforting. Toward the end of our stay as he brought us fresh bread that she had purchased from a local bakery. Corlette, you are the best!! We will definitely hope that this place is available when we return; and we do intend to return to this magical paradise.
