Situated in Dewey Beach, this lovely house for £2,288 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beautiful Seaside home! - loaded with charm and Coastal Flair! New construction completed October 2023. Located in the coveted Dewey Beach community of Rehoboth by the Sea (north Dewey), Just 5 minute walk to beach! Sleeps 24 in beds. Rates for Sept/Oct are for up to 12 guest, add $75nigh/per/person over 12. Easter weekend discount is for up to 10 adults, additional adults add $75 night. Rates for February thru April 1 are for up to 14 occupants, each additional occupant add $85 per night, There is a surcharge for pool heat from October 1-December 1 of $400 per week This is a one-of-a-kind, luxury villa has 10 beautifully decorated bedroom/9.5 bath and a large inground pool with night lighting and waterfall. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave - it feels like your very own private, boutique resort. Situated only 2 short blocks to the ocean and sand and across the street from Fifer's farmers market. Enter through the front door and be dazzled by expansive open floor plan, with 10 foot coffered ceilings, 7 foot windows with custom plantation shutters, two living areas, gas fireplace and show stopping five foot wide staircase with custom iron rails. The first floor and porch has a in-ceiling, Sonos sound system. The family chef will love this beautiful gourmet Viking kitchen with double refrigerator, freezer drawers, separate ice make and two dishwashers. Oak Hardwood floors grace the entire home. The first floor living area seamlessly transends to the 10x30 ft screened porch through double sliding glass doors where you will find a cozy seating area with another gas fireplace and a dining area that will seat 10, all overlooking the 12x24 inground pool and gardens. The first floor also has a king bedroom with en-suite bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy a proper late day happy hour! The dining area has a 12 foot custom made table that seats 16 comfortably plus seating for 4 around kitchen island. Off-street parking for 4-5 cars. The second floor has five bedrooms, all with en-suite baths, two stack washer dryers, and a wet bar with beverage refrigerator and coffee maker. There are three king en-suites on this floor and two "kids" rooms with twins and bunks. Transend to the third floor where you'll find an open concept TV room with gorgeous wood ceilings and floors. This is a great place for the kids to enjoy time together away from the adults. There is a 65 inch TV and Sonos sound system. This level has 4 additional bedrooms, 1 king bedroom with en-suite bath, a queen and twin room w/ensuite bath and two "kids" rooms that share a hall bath (one with w twins & one with 2 twins and twin over full bunk). This floor also has a full wet bar with coffee make and beverage refrigerator. The beautiful and private salt, resort-style pool is 25x12 and is surrounded by a large paver patio complete with enough lounging areas and furniture to accommodate your entire group. The patio dining table seats 10-12 comfortably. The pool is heated to 86 from April to late June and from mid September to winter closing for an additional charge of $125. Please see note at bottom regarding pool heat. This property is so special and charming that you will never want to leave! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach! Fifer's Farm Stand Market across the street--BONUS! Breakfast and lunch deli, fresh produce and fruits, meats, and most everything you may need for a quick evening meal without venturing to the grocery store - and best fresh coffee and home made chicken salad ever! Pet friendly too! Pet fee applies--$250/week one dog, $450/week for two. Shorter stays are prorated. Guests provide all sheets, towels, soap and paper products. Please ask if you have questions. Sheets, Towels and other necessities can also be rented from local vendors. Longer stays than two weeks may require an increased cleaning fee. All groups are required to purchase an accidental damage insurance policy with $5,000 coverage and pay a $1000 refundable security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know. This property is not rented to groups under 30 yrs of age. Please note: there will be a 3% fee withheld from Security Deposit for all credit card or debit card (E-Check) payments. IMPORTANT REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Many guests like the ambiance of the pool to sit by and many like to swim even though it is cooler. Pool heat fee is $125 per stay and required April-mid June & Sept-Nov 15. If temperatures are below the low 50's at night ,the pool will likely only heat to 70-75 degrees with the pool heat running constantly. Heated temperature all depends on the evening temperatures. If there is unforeseen severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would cause the pool to be closed, the pool heat will be refunded.

We stayed here with the WHOLE family…we loved that the big dining table brought us together at night, but that there was also lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves during the day! The beach was a couple of short blocks away…and we easily strolled into Dewey and made the short trip into Rehoboth several times. We’d happily come back!

Summer Family Vacation
The property was very clean and neat. It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 children, though the dining area was a little small. It is short walk to the beach, close to Rehoboth, and a beautiful area of the shore. The pool is terrific. The sitting areas within the pool were perfect for the little ones to play and the pool and area around the pool were perfect.

Family Vacation
The property is as listed. The pool area is fabulous ! Also the cottage Was perfect as we had a large group and the separate space allowed little ones to sleep undisturbed for naps and early bedtimes. My adult children loved the main house. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the rental agent was wonderful. We didn't have any major issues, but she helped us with a couple requests. We had family driving from NYC, Philly and Wash Dc. Dewey/Rehoboth is just about the same distance from each of those cities. My only less than perfect comment is that the kitchen/ eating area is fairly small. When cooking for a large group you need more space and equipment. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Great Property
My group of friends were in Dewey Beach for a wedding. This house had everything we couldn’t wanted. The pool and the outdoor patio area were perfect for relaxing when we weren’t busy with wedding festivities. The house was located within walking distance of the bars and restaurants on the Dewey strip. Communication with the owner was fast whenever a question came up. Couldn’t recommend this home more!

The best part was the pool especially since the temperature and humidity were both in the 90’s. The heat made the 2 block walk to the beach tougher but normally it would have been fine. We hardly noticed the traffic noise and having the farmers market so close was a real plus. Great breakfast sandwiches!
The beds were very comfortable, quiet at night. The water pressure was great and the kitchen was well stocked in the main house. The back cottage was an oasis for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. Not we’ll stocked but we bought dishes over from the main house.
For the price of the rental I do feel they could have supplied sheets, towels and a few basics like toilet paper and soap. But with that said, I still would definitely rent here again. You can’t find a nicer designed pool area.

Fine but overpriced for the location
This rental is overpriced. This house did not look in person as it did in the photos. The photos made it look much more spacious and updated than it is. It's an older home, and it's comfortable, but the kitchens (cottage and main house) are quite small, not very well equipped--what cookware and utensils are there are cheap. The bathrooms are small and old. The furniture was quite dirty. That said, the house is charming, the pool is nice, the walk to the beach is short, and the property manager was very responsive. If you don't mind being right next to Fifer's, which has great sandwiches, and right by Rte. 1, you might find it worth the money. We've been renting in the area every summer for 20 years and this was the most overpriced place we've ever had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The new pool area was even nicer than expected. The only drawback was the gate latch to the pool area was difficult to maneuver. Fifer's Farm Market across the street was a real bonus - try the apple cider donuts.

Very homey and comfortable stay by the beach.
We stayed for a quick winter getaway. The house was very cozy and warm. It's decorated and furnished with character and care, not generic in any way. We really felt at home. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Outdoor grill worked great. Plenty of very nice bathrooms. The proximity to a large road didn't detract, at least in the winter time with windows closed. Lovely, welcoming porch, though we did not use it in the cold. The beach is a five minute walk and very pretty. Rehoboth is within easy walking distance on the beach or by the street, but the immediate neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely come back, next time with some friends. Plenty of room for two families. Beautiful place!

Although this is an old home, the inside is beautifully decorated and maintained and the layout of bedrooms/bathrooms is great....very comfortable to share with multiple families.
