特に朝食が良かった

一応の門限が23:00だった

くまポチだらけでとにかく可愛い ウェルカムスイーツや朝食もとても美味しかったです

ベッド周りに電源が少なかったのだけが残念です

家庭的でゆっくりできて、お食事も美味しいのでよかったです。

浴室とトイレが分かれていない Wi-Fiが時間によって繋がりにくかった

朝食は比較的充実していました。

室内や廊下は「盗むな／持ち帰るな／汚すな／壊すな、見つけたらチェックアウト後も追跡して請求する｣旨の表示で満ちており、宿泊客を犯罪者扱いです。フロントの対応も、自社ルール最優先の杓子定規で、酷いものでした。ケーニヒスクローネの焼き菓子が好きで長年贔屓にしてきましたが、二度と買わないし、泊まることもありません。

The rooms were spacious and it was interesting how they were themed. I loved the scent of the hand soap. The breakfast didn’t disappoint at all. The service was wonderful - staff members gave their best to speak in English, even if I was fluent in their language, and I’m truly appreciative of their effort.

The water kettle was a little dirty…

Well appointed and central hotel in Kobe with great food and lovely and helpful staff on-hand. Though the rooms only feature a kettle and coffee maker, there is a communal Microwave on each floor that can be used if needed.

The bear-theme can be a little over the top, but if you like it, you'll love the attention to detail. If you're a smoker, the balcony access for a quick cigarette is nice, but would have been great if they had a small chair or something there.
