location and sea view

the main door lock was very troublesome. should have had proper maintenance.

The location was perfect The terrace was beautiful and the view was amazing

The apartment was a little tired and would have benefited from new crockery, and a small pot. While everything was clean the towels and bed linen were well worn. It was a shame as the location is ideal. A small amount of extra effort would have made this a real gem

Location was great, 10mins from the city centre but also near the beach bars and restaurants

The location was excellent, 2 minutes away from the beach, 7 mins away from a supermarket.

The bed was not stable. Kitchen amenities were lacking like : tissues glasses, the fridge had some issues too.

It was out of the city but close enough to walk to. Less than 5mins from the beach. Great value for money Washing machine The shower spray was fantastic.

The accomodation was certainly acceptable but the pictures did make it look better than it was. The shower cubicle was a little small.

Pictures did not reflect what was actual a crappy, dark, dirty and cold basement apartment. Heating didnt work, we both got a cold and had to move out after 2 nights. No cancelation or refund was given. Misleading advertising. Very disappointed!

it was very poor it was impressive regarding the cleaning…

The location was not bad, it's 3 mins from Pedregalejo and El Balneario, my favorite area in Málaga. A bit of a hill to get to the studio, but not too bad.

It was quite dirty. 1. First thing I see were some dry chewing gums stuck to the headboard of the bed. 2. Some parts of the studio have never been cleaned, like the tap in the bathroom that had toothpaste, all the cutlery was greasy and dusty. 3. One of the towels was brown. Luckily the we notified the host and they gave us a clean one the day after. 4. The doors and windows are really dusty. I wouldn't care, but you actually have to touch the door to close it. The worst part is that they make you sign a contract during the check in to get you pay €50 if the apartment is not clean when you leave. So you're clearly used as cleaner. The apartment entrance was blocked by a car parked 4 out of the 5 days we were there, making it hard to go in. The studio's terrace is practically on the street and there's no furniture, so you won't be able to enjoy it anyway. The door is quite flimsy and doesn't feel safe at all.

When we arived man asked for 30 euro extra that we arived 10 mimutes late, but he knew our flight. Than we had to leave this accomodation because of insect and mould on which I am alergic. Thay did not want to give us money back for days we were not there.

The location was perfect even if the road up to the flat was steep. I was close to the beach and bars and it was a great walk to the city centre. Buses are plentiful too if you don't like the walk. Jonathan was very good at fixing the heater which had stopped working. The shower had a good volume of hot water. Nights (5) were quiet (except one).

The general state of the flat is a little tacky. Windows don't quite fit. Nor does the bathroom door. I was unlucky with the weather, so didn't really get an opportunity to see the sun. The shutters outside the windows can be opened (or one can - not the other) but stop natural light coming in. And there is no great view even when everything is open. It is a bit dark in the room even with all the lights on. Supplies around the kitchenette are very basic - one of everything, no tea towel. The price jumped at the last minute and made it quite an expensive stay.

The room was very nice and the view was amazing! The location is great If you don't feel like you need to be in the city center. The stuff was very nice and helpful and answered super fast!

Sadly the balcony door was brocken so it was difficult to close the apartment probably. Hopefully this issue is fixed by now :)

No reception at property. Studio apartment so small but very clean. Located on a steep incline so not suitable for some I imagine. Washing machine and all utensils you needed. Nice terrace with view. Some cats around so liable to have company if terrace doors left open. Comfortable bed and wifi. All in all a good holiday.

Didn't like the lack of onsite reception and extra costs for late check in.

The view was exceptional

No mention of the very steep climb to the apartment even the taxi drivers moaned about getting their cars up the incline. This apartment is not for anyone with walking difficulties or breathing difficulties

The host was agreeable and the location, well connected to the public transport to city center and train and bus station.

It was not clean to good standards, I had to clean the window and handles as they were greasy, the shower was very small and dated. There was an ant infestation in the bathroom so the ants were going to the towels and soap and hairs in the bed sheets the towels had stains. The location was not matching with the description, the balcony was right next to a parking. The description was misleading as the apartment is an studio and the bed is the same room. There is not enough furniture. There was not bedside table on one side and the outdoor furniture is the same as indoor so had to be moved outside if wanted to be used.

Everything was literally perfect. Javi gave us some good tips about transport and some cool places to visit and he helped us when we needed something. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment was nice and clean with beautiful view on the sea! Our host Javi was really helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay, especially sea food restaurants in Pedregalejo are amazing 👌

Problem with damp and mould in the kitchen of the one bedroom flat that needs to be addressed before renting. Also pictures on line are misleading as there are 2 flats, one much nicer but hard to tell from photos which is which. Kitchen facilities are poor. Javi was very helpful sorting out problems.
