A light, airy, modern beachfront apartment for those who appreciate the relaxed coastal lifestyle with all the essential luxuries. A perfect sanctuary for couples or family who seek the ultimate location to relax and recharge, yet still remain within walking distance to patrolled Sawtell main beach, trendy fashion, dining and entertainment. Slice of Sawtell has all the comforts you need for your beachside vacay, including reverse cycle air-conditioning, open plan living, large outdoor deck and entertaining area, two large queen sized bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Our apartment not only provides the largest living space in the block but also features large floor to ceiling north facing window to provide you with beautiful early morning sun to enjoy the lush tropical gardens that surround the large outdoor deck. We provide two large bedrooms both featuring floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and brand new luxurious Burba carpet for your comfort. Bed 1: Queen size bed, TV, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans. Bed 2: 2 King Single Beds, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. We also provide a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and additional kitchen appliances including Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven and all necessary utensils and cooking equipment. The apartment has a modern main bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower provided at the entry when you return from the beach. The living area features lounge and TV with NETFLIX, KAYO Sports, free Wifi and stacker sliding doors which completely open out to the deck to give the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living and beautiful 6 person seating and established tropical garden for your privacy. Suitable for couples and/or families. A single electric lock up garage is provided with ample additional on street parking. Port-a-cot, bassinet and high chair available upon request. Linen is provided: Luxury sheets, pillows, towels, Bath mats, Hand towels, Face washers and Beach towels.

Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. 3 min walk to beach or shops. Also very quiet. Balcony over looking palm trees and gums. We would stay there again.

Nice clean modern apartment with just a couple of little tweaks required to make it extra special.
The only suggestion for the spiel on the property is to mention that it is on the first floor.
It is within walking distance of town and cafes.

Lovely apartment, with a super comfortable couch, that had everything you could need except for a BBQ. When on holiday we don't like to do a lot of cooking, everything ends up being salad and a BBQ. Michelle pointed out there was a lot of public BBQs within walking distance. Personally, I don't want to go to a public BBQ for lunch and dinner. This is only a very minor gripe. We have stayed in this complex of apartments for a number of years and have stayed in 4 out of six apartments. This is the only one without a BBQ.

We had a good stay. Location is excellent. Overall the property is pretty good and is well appointed.
The sheets on the single beds are too small to tuck in properly so they come off in the night and the bed becomes uncomfortable. The doonah is too hot. There should be a better summer option. The carpet and cream rug both need a clean. They’re both really grubby and there’s a lot of dust around. This is why I didn’t give you top marks for cleanliness. One last thing - I think it’s pretty rich getting guests to do the washing. Also the garage clicker is unreliable.
