The Mermaid's Pearl: We invite you to enjoy our thoughtfully renovated and updated studio condo. The kitchen has been outfitted with a new refrigerator, cabinets, stainless steel undermount sink, glass cooktop and beautiful granite countertops. The bathroom has been updated with a vessel sink, granite countertop, and a glass enclosed tiled shower. For added comfort, you will enjoy a new split AC unit, queen gel foam mattress, and two ceiling fans in the living space. The Mermaid's Pearl has been furnished with a new queen bed, queen sized pullout couch and hand painted furniture to help capture the beach vibe. You will have snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and a carry cooler to enjoy at the beach for your many adventures. The balcony has been furnished with a teak high top bistro table and chairs to help you enjoy the view. The balcony is fully enclosed with a screen to help deter uninvited flying guests. Sapphire Beach: It the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. It offers great watersports with an activity kiosk down at the beach, which is only a 5 minute walk away. Our condo offers two pools with one approximately 100 feet from our front door. Sapphire has several bars and restaurants to choose from. You have many day trip options with the onsite marina; including fishing, BVI trips, parasailing, jetski rental, and more. The Mermaid's Pearl is located approximately 1 mile from Redhook where you can find the ferry, grocery, restaurants, shops and bars. We hope you choose the Mermaid's Pearl for your St. Thomas escape. We also have a sister condo and many contacts to assist if you have multiple parties to accommodate. Our stay here was very enjoyable. The property was clean and comfy enough for my wife and I. We enjoyed spending time out on the balcony at night with a great view.
Check in was super convenient. We also loved having access to some good bars and restaurants within walking distance right along the beach. Last but not least, this property is priced competitively offering a really great value in comparison to other properties in the Sapphire Beach area. I feel like we got pretty lucky to find this property available!
Overall, would love to come back and stay at Michael's place again!

Enjoyable time! Access to ocean and pools. Also access to dollar trolley outside property. The beach at Sapphire is very lovely. Also a restaurant on property that is very fun. apartment was in good condition with a view of ocean from balcony. Had a great time!

This was a good place to stay, Unit was clean and very quiet. It is located close to the Red Hook ferry and within walking distance to Sapphire Beach. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our few days on St Thomas before heading to St John, Sapphire Beach was just a short walk and Sudis was close for a bite to eat and a drink.

Everything was ok but there was no ironing board and the power that was turning off and on but other than that everything was fine

Michael was very responsive ahead of our arrival answering all of my questions, and he continued to be quick to reply upon arrival when I had questions about the check-in process. The condo was perfect for our stay, with a well stocked kitchen so we could cook breakfast to enjoy on the deck. Would highly recommend staying here!

My partner and I could not have asked for a smoother experience — Mike was one of the most responsive hosts we’ve had so far, and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had! We really liked the customizable door lock, and the unit was perfectly located for us to head to St John the next day out of Red Hook 😁

The Mermaids Pearl was a fantastic stay!
The property was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation.
The owner was very responsive and helpful and the property was easy to navigate. Snorkeling was a short walk and Red Hook is a 5 min cab ride down the hill.
It was easy to get cabs from the property and everyone was very accommodating.
I highly recommend!

Without a car you’re pretty limited. Apartment had a great kitchen but I had no access to stores.. one restaurant open Sunday… one item on menu, closed Monday. Had to track down the beach to get pretty awful beach food. There were huge piles of seaweed washed in, so not a great beach overall. Party place. Not my scene.

This condo was amazing. It is in a very nice spot on the island. It is very safe and secure with beautiful views. It is a short walk to Saphire Beach and a short drive to Red Hook. Parking was always easy and very close to the unit. You will not be disappointed with your decision to stay here.

This was our third trip to St. Thomas, and The Mermaid's Pearl was the perfect spot for us. We had an amazing week and had the most beautiful view from our room. It was comfortable and cozy, we even cooked a few meals "at home". Thank you for an amazing stay!

Clean, quiet, and an awesome view of Sapphire Beach. We enjoyed our stay and had all of the amenities needed to be comfortable. Conveniently located near the Red Hook ferry which we used multiple times. We visited St. John, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, and Jost. It was an amazing vacation. At the resort we really enjoyed Sudi's.

The apartment was exactly like in the description, lovely, tastefully updated and clean, we had everything we needed. The beach chairs and snorkeling gear were very appreciated. Our host was very responsive and offered all kinds of helpful information. We were very happy with our stay!

This was our first time in St Thomas for a wedding, and we loved it! The Mermaid’s Pearl was perfect for us. Super clean and comfortable, the best view and proximity to the beach. And great communication from the host. Thank you for the wonderful memories! We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely upgraded. Beautiful view. Very clean. We only stayed one night as it was a stop over before heading to another island, however, it was accurately represented and very welcoming for our late night arrival. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay! The place looks just as pictured and was spotless. Great location to get to sapphire beach (down the hill) or a quick ride to Red Hook. Both beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very useful. The nearby pool is quiet or the other pool near Sudi’s let’s you enjoy more people. Cooler, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear is a nice touch. Would come again in a minute!

Sudi’s bar and grill on property is a great spot to grab a rum punch and a bite to eat. The owner Natalie is sweet. At night ask for Kasey (not sure I spelled that right), she’ll take care of you. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Stunning views and close proximity to sapphire beach (which is amazing and ended up being our fave in St. Thomas). Everything you need is right there, good coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and so gorgeous! We loved having the snorkel equipment and beach chairs, it was convenient and we made good use of them! You can walk to the beach, it’s about 6-7 min but the hill is very steep!
Bed is super comfy!
Check in was smooth and easy. We made it right at 4 which is when the office closes. They were helpful there too!
The ground floor unit is perfect for 2, had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We grilled out a lot and enjoyed dinner on the screened in porch. We did bring our own coffee pods and they worked with the kuerig there. Moe’s grocery is 2 min away and very fresh. I would say it’s not “safely” walkable but that’s discretionary. 😜
Bathroom was lovely!
Only complaint was laundry. Office is closed all weekend and you can’t get tokens. We ended up getting our laundry done locally and it was kind of pricey so I recommend getting tokens even if you don’t need them yet.
The car ferry is right around the corner and we did a couple days in St. John (also highly recommend for a completely different vibe).
Thank you for such a relaxing, comfortable stay! We loved every minute!
