Located in Carlsbad, this attractive condo for £472 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beautiful beach inspired unit sleeps 7 comfortably. King size beds in the Master and second bedroom with 2 twin beds in third guest bedroom and a comfortable high-end sleeper sofa bed in living room. Ceiling fans, all furnishings, beach towels, beach toys, bedding . . . everything you will need. This beautiful condominium is located directly across the street from Carlsbad State Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California! Upon entering this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, you will know you have found the perfect location for a wonderful beachfront vacation. This unit boasts 180 degree ocean views from the front deck with ocean views from nearly every room. A laundry room within the unit has full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Entertainment includes a flat screen TV in the living room and wireless Internet. Cable TV is not provided. The TV's are hooked up to ROKU including HULU, YouTube, PLUTO, TUBI, CRACKLE, NETFLIX etc. The apps are accessible at the guests own subscription. Two assigned parking spaces in the underground garage go with the unit, and an elevator takes you right to the front door! The kitchen is fully equipped with black granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a Viking gas grill on the deck. There are two separate dining areas with seating for eight. Enjoy the ocean view and beautiful sunsets from the main dining room, living room, master bedroom and deck. The living Room and Master bedroom share the front deck with expansive views of the blue Pacific. This condo is all on one floor with no stairs in the unit. Carlsbad Village offers a unique small town feel and is a great coastal vacation getaway. The Village of Carlsbad is a short ten minute walk from the condo and has great restaurants, pubs, shopping and more. Legoland, The Carlsbad Outlet Stores, the Flower Fields and many other popular attractions are within just a few minutes driving distance from your door. The beautiful beach is the main attraction but golf, fishing, jet skiing, and bike riding are nearby. Or you can hop on the Coaster train to visit downtown San Diego for shopping, nightlife and dining, or visit the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Sea World. This property is handicap accessible, but not totally handicapped equipped. Great property and excellent location! Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the condo was compared to how it looked in the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked. The property manager did a great job communicating with us and checking in to make sure all was going well. We highly recommend this condo.

Close to beach- great porch sunsets! Easy access for walk to beach- ample supply of beach items. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Close to excellent dining. Super location to zip up and down the coast to visit other sites! Can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed out stay. The location is nearly on the beach which makes it easy to walk down with your beach gear every day. It is also a short walk to the Village which has lots of shops and restaurants. We would book this place again.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property because we love it so much. This year we took my parents and mother-in-law and they enjoyed it very much. Sitting on the patio, staring at the ocean was all they wanted.
This unit is very clean and so close to all the restaurants, shops and just across the street. Cheryl is very responsive if you message her.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

This property had a postcard view of the ocean and sunsets, and the location was convenient to shopping and dining. The underground parking was great.
However, the pictures of the interior on the website did NOT accurately represent what we actually found. The 2 comfortable looking blue recliners have been replaced by 2 hard, armless side chairs, more suitable to an office waiting area than to movie viewing and lounging. The 3rd reclining chair shown, did not have the footstool needed for reclining. On the patio, a second bar-b-q grill (not pictured) not only cramped the available space, but blocked access to the master suite doors. The bed in the master suite was at such a sideways slant the one person seemed to be on a different level than the other.
The photos online should be updated to reflect the reality of the property. The location and view did not really compensate for the less-than comfortable interior.

Huge place. Small things like no wine bottle opener, not enough toiletpaper. Sometimes noise from street below was a little bit much. You really are right across the beach and can hear the waves. The beach and walkways were sooooo clean. All of Carlsbad is very clean.

Great location very nice place, it was just a bit disappointing that many windows are missing screens and the windows were super dirty. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if at least the door going out on the deck was somewhat clean.

Location was comfortable, easy to access and excellent proximity to beach and Carlsbad Village. The unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy this California destination. We most enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach…great view with some great people/dog/surfer watching. The 4 lane road that rests between the unit and the beach is busy with cars during the day but is extremely pedestrian friendly. Traffic volume does reduce in the late night hours but loud engines from the occasional car can be disruptive to a light sleeper, especially if the windows are open. Property manager was helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Unit helped this family of midwesterners enjoy our 1st trip to CA.

This property fit our family of 7 nicely. The kids loved that you could walk across the street to the ocean. Had lots of fun out running the waves. Very close to Legoland which was nice since we attended 2 days of our vacation.

Nightmare
Seven of us spent the first night on the first floor of nice 3 story condo. Woke up Saturday to a leaking hot water tank from above. Took pictures and sent them to the lady I booked with. Have to re-locate. Thankfully it was just upstairs to the 2nd floor. Leaving on Friday, but can only stay till Thursday. The owner, who never reached out, booked 3 rooms at Hilton in Carlsbad. We had to be out by 10am and thankfully the rooms were ready. Only short wait. I had to pay for rooms on my credit card. Expected not only reimbursement for rooms but quite a refund for having to relocate twice! With four recent grads! Still have not received a penny. He would not even pay a $10 room charge for two waters. I didn’t have my wallet on me. It has been 12 days since we got home

It is a super location. A short walk to the Carlsbad village. The beach is across the street. A grocery store is a ten minute walk away. Golf courses galore. Great restaurants like Del Lusso Pizzerias are a ten minute drive away. Costco is 3.5 miles away.

The cars drown out the ocean so you can't hear the waves. Very busy area, for those that are not used to traffic and people. Even though it was busy there was not any rude or inappropriate behavior from the passersby. This is really a great location and walking distance to everywhere. Could use some updated furniture in the living room. Ended up sitting on the floor because it was more comfortable than the furniture. Beds were extremely comfortable though. Master bedroom was awesome.

This was a beautiful condo that came with a well stocked kitchen. It was clean and well maintained. Cheryl was prompt with answering any question I had. The location was perfect for enjoying the ocean, convenient for Legoland which was one of our adventures and also for strolling into Carlsbad and checking out the shops. Will not hesitate going back.

The house is mediocre at best... Definitely not worth the price. You're paying for the location. Dirty dishes, clogged kitchen sink, long black hair in bathroom, inadequate furnishings, (the owner could definitely put some money into updating the patio furniture). The property is perfectly placed with gorgeous views of the ocean across the street from the balcony. It is within a one mile walking distance from incredible restaurants, and even a Starbucks! The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all with awesome cross breezes and cool evenings. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly. The property manager checked in and was available for anything although we didn’t need anything. There are ocean toys available like boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs whic we used and really appreciated. The directions were perfect. There is a garage for parking your car and even an elevator to get your things upstairs easily! The elevator basically opens up right next to the door for easy access. We had no problem with noise. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The home was very nice and clean. The deck and grill are amazing. The road out front can be noisy so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Easy check in and the PM does a great job.

It was a nice property in a great location. TV/Wifi issues made it difficult to some extent, but not a deal breaker for this spot. Very comfortable and well kept inside.
