Stefan & Sandrine are exceptional hosts who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is superb and the breakfast fantastic. This is our second visit and we will definitely be returning to La Demeure.

We got a warm welcome from the owners. Although we expected it to be more outside the countryside, we loved the place. Good bed. And an excellent breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

The host and hostesses made us feel at home. They were welcoming and helpful. Everything was organised with attention and dedication. They remembered what we liked for breakfast and adapted to our preferences.
The breakfast was so great. Homemade pancakes, eggs, fresh juice etc. Loved it!
This was probably the best bed and breakfast I ever booked. I would recommend it to everyone, so no negatives

Very friendly hosts, superb breakfast (fresh orange juice, assortment of jams, pancakes, croissant or pain au Chocolat, nice hot drinks, eggs the way you like, fresh cut fruit and a little plate of charcuterie/cheese). Very spacious room and bathroom. Free and easy parking spots in front of the BnB.
The air-conditioning was quite loud which was not pleasant during the night. There were two pools but they were small in size.

Simply put, this is the best place I have ever stayed in. The building is absolutely charming and beautifully restored, the room was wonderful and the breakfast fabulous. The owners are very attentive. I will be back for sure.

Amazing room with beautiful view. Nice vintage style where you can feel like a Queen and King. Breakfast was delicious.

Stefan and Sandrine, the owners, were extremely attentive and helpful. Really tended to every need. The building itself is beautiful inside and out, really rustic, tiled floors, exposed stone and beamed ceilings. My room was, clean, comfortable and full of sunlight.
On a sunny day, the views from the room were hard to beat!
Aubais is a small village and the hotel is located on the only High Street with good access to main roads.
The only tricky thing was the shower has a novel joystick operation which took a bit of guess work to use. Really minor issue.
