My family has been coming here since Covid and we really love the time together in the comfy villas. We never even really leave the home, as it has everything we need. It is so pretty, bright and happy, and accommodating. We have big family dinners, games, and fun in the pool. The beds and smart TVs in every room are really nice. It has gotten a lot more expensive over the last few years, but what hasn't?

We had a group of 10 moms staying the weekend after Mother's day. We had a fantastic time! You do not even have to leave the property. The shuttle was very convenient to take us the Target for groceries. We took full advantage of the private pool and the Margaritaville blender. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus there are 2 half baths (one outside next to the pool).We would definitely return for another trip!

This cottage was handicapped accessible in the first floor living space and worked out perfect for my husband. Accurate description of property and was clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service and easy to get to. Lots of shops and restaurants close by without having to go on the highway. I would rent this cottage again. Only complaint I have is the “fitted”bed sheet did not cover the entire mattress and our feet rested on the mattress pad.

The house was nice, but a little small for my husbands motorized wheelchair, especially the handicapped bedroom and bathroom. The other bedrooms were fine. We were very disappointed that the floors were not clean. Going barefoot resulted in almost black feet. And we had a crawling baby.

My family and I had a great time here. It was just 4 of us so we had plenty of room and very comfortable. Our two kids loved the private pool. We felt safe with alarm system leading into the pool area. Access to the resort was great and only a short walk. Only critique (and a very small one) is it would have been nice if they would supply more garbage bags for the place and maybe a broom or vacuum to keep tidy yourself during the stay.

Overall house was very nice, kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoy the hot tub. House was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. On the downside, for the number of people the house slept could have used more towels, one towel per person does not seem enough. I did ask for more towels and was told we should use the washer and dryer which was fine. Did have problem with ants around the margarita machine and no skimmer for the pool and had to call to have to have the pool serviced due to debris and fishy smell.

Was excellent the rooms are spacious water pressure in the bathrooms are good, place bery clean and close to most of atteactions and restaurants, only the washer dryer very noisy , and the shower in the first floor no curtain or surround at front ao when you shower the water goes out to the dloor

Place was nice; however, we had a few issues. Fan on balcony does not work, fan in bedroom on 2nd floor does not work, air conditioning went out (it was 90 degrees outside) took HOURS to contact someone ... NO ONE would answer the phone when they finally answered it was over an hour for help to arrive and then took almost another hour to "reprogram", frozen concoction machine does not work, and of course the dreaded cockroaches on 2nd floor, pool was filthy upon arrival. also, our feet were black with in 5 minutes of removing our shoes .... floors were very dirty.

Beautiful clean home, 3 floors & all of the rooms are massive. The ground floor room is handicap accessible & average size. The room with 2 beds on the 2nd flr is also are average size, but the other rooms are massive. 2 of the rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor has private balconies. Check in was seamless. Our house was ready 30 mins early. The resort itself was beautiful with lots to do. Shopping plaza loaded with restaurants , shopping & a movie theater that serves dinner is literally across the street from the resort. Smart tvs in every room. My daughter loved the pool & hottub. There's a switch on the outside wall to turn on the hottest & There's a pool alarm whenever the outside door is left on to prevent accidental drownings which is great. They do need to supply pool towels for the backyard pool & hot tub. It forces you to use one of your 2 bath towels. Bring trash bags & toilet paper because once you run out they don't replenish. I would stay here again.

This property needs an update. The couches were so dirty I wouldn’t sit on them. I’m not sure where all the extra money we’re paying for cleaning fees is going to? The common areas to include the living room, dining room and kitchen are incredibly small. The washing machine sounded like it was going to take flight and was so loud we had to turn it off. Having your own hot tub and pool was nice, but the pool is a very small square. They also need to provide more linens and blankets. It was very nice having five bedrooms; however, for the money I would not recommend this listing.

This property needs an update. The couches were so dirty I wouldn’t sit on them. I’m not sure where all the extra money we’re paying for cleaning fees is going to? This was a good property. Bedrooms were large, beds and pillows were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were great, and their heating system worked well. Its location on property was great, and it was convenient to the amusement parks. The outdoor living space was also great, with porches off 2 bedrooms and a nice patio around the pool.
Things that keep it from a 5 star rating:
- Living area was a bit small compared to its sleeping capability.
- Pretty poorly stocked, especially the kitchen. Utensil were minimal, with several broke. There were no dish cloths or dish towels.
- Main TV was missing a remote, and 2 calls for help were not responded to. We had to try and make due all week.
- The electronic lock on the door to the pool locked on its own a few times, once leaving parents locked out of a house with toddlers sleeping inside.
- Could use dressers in the bedrooms.

Despite the long list of things that kept it from being a 5 star rating, we were pretty pleased with the property, and would stay here again.

The Coconut Cabana cottage was amazing!
We had a great stay at the cottages at Margaritaville! The house was spacious and very clean and the private pool and spa was amazing.

Our party of six stayed in august 2020, and upon arrival, check in went smoothly. The unit was well appointed for the most part. We did discover in that the garbage disposal was not working, and the smell coming from the sink area was pretty bad, but a call to maintenance was dispatched quickly, and although they weren’t able to repair the garbage disposal, they were able to clean it out and rid the smell during the remaining days of our stay. Cleanliness was typical for a rental, but could stand a bit more attention in areas. The downstairs bathroom, which was handicap accessible, definitely could be cleaned better, and attention to sink pedestal and shower. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything needed for cooking meals, but lacked kitchen towels, and a wash cloth for wiping down. Had to use a wash cloth and hand towel till we could purchase our own from target. Would be nice if cleaning crew knew how to properly clean stainless steel appliances, as it just ruins the entire look of the kitchen overall! It took everything I had not to breakdown and start cleaning and polishing, rather than just enjoy my stay! Sofas, and toss pillows; although the original, and new product was a good idea, for a clean, crisp beachy look.. not so clean, crisp or sanitary when used over and over by people who just don’t care! Sadly, most people, apparently could care less about other people’s property and leave in such filthy conditions that some cannot bring themselves to attempt to sit without covering with the pool towels, especially during the Covid era! Instead of booking back to back, give a couple days here and there to have sofas professionally cleaned! Thank goodness for ample supply of pool towels! Considering the number of people to revolve in and out of the unit, I felt some of the major CONS should be pointed out. When I’m vacationing, I expect the destination and accommodation to be better than home, and that goes for clean
