Minimum age of guests is 21 unless accompanied by their parents. Weekly & monthly discounts are only valid April - Nov. A comfortable, updated and spacious 2nd home. Located INSIDE THE ACCESS ROAD and under 1/2 of a mile from the front door of the Main Base Lodge of Mount Snow, be on the slopes in minutes! It will take you longer to load everyone in the car than it will to drive down the hill and around the corner! This seven bedroom house is perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends or a week-long family reunion. This seven bedroom house comfortably sleeps groups up to 20 in beds. All beds, no pullouts or futons. (9-15 for a guys golf trip type of event depending on whether you use the loft and top bunks) Bring everyone on your vacation together in the spacious great room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area under an 18-foot cathedral ceiling or relax in one of the house's other spacious living areas. Choose from the den, living room, second living room or elevated deck overlooking the backyard. Make use of the fire pit that offer ample seating for your group or hop in the new 8 person hot tub. In the main living room there is a 75 Inch smart TV with 72+ channels where you can use your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. Downstairs is a 50 inch TV with cable and app access as well. There is a ping-pong table, foosball table, arcade machines and wood-burning fireplace. The outdoor deck with table, chairs, seating area and a gas grill is available spring, summer and fall. Each arriving guest starts off with paper towels, bath tissue, hand soaps at every sink, dish soap, trash bags and dish tabs, usually enough for a long weekend. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. No bare bones kitchen in this house like you might find in your typical rental! Among other items, the kitchen has two regular 14 cup coffee makers and a Kurig to make that morning cup of Joe a snap. Plenty of pots and pans to help cook for your large group, kitchen gadgets, pancake griddle, crock pot (to make your favorite chili on a cold winter day!) dishwasher and plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs to go around! A second refrigerator & stove on the lower level come in handy when trying to feed your large group! If going out is more your speed, there are bars and restaurants in the area. There are several grocery stores in the area as well. -5 bedrooms with Kings -1 bedroom with 2 Twins -1 bedroom with 4 Twins (bunks) -semi private bonus area with 4 Twins -4 full bathrooms Month long rentals- Dec- $15,000 (including new years) Jan- $16,000 Feb- $22,000 March- $15,000 (plus tax & cleaning) -Off season-50% discount from posted rates. -Peak season month long rentals need to be booked 12-18 months in advance or dates will already be gone as I begin booking a year out.

This house was everything that we needed and more for our stay with our group of parents and kids. Easy access to the mountain for skiing and plenty of space after to relax and unwind. The hot tub was great and the kids loved the video games and having their own space.

We absolutely loved this house. The pictures do not do it justice. So much room for everyone. The proximity to Mount Snow cannot be beat. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful. We have already rented for next year!

From the moment we stepped in the front door we knew this was going to be a fabulous family vacation. The host, Ed, had the house beautifully decorated for Christmas and everything we could think of was already provided for. We loved it so much my daughter started looking into renting for next year but this house has already been taken. You’re going to love it, whoever you are.

We slept 20 people in comfortable beds. Every bedroom was located for maximum privacy. Many of us enjoyed the hot tub, and we played lawn games on the large lawn. The arcade room was also a big hit. One night we seated 34 people for dinner, thanks to the additional seating on the porch and the folding table and chairs we found in a closet. We would definitely recommend this house for a group wanting to stay in the lovely Dover/Wilmington area.

Had an amazing time at this property! The owners were fantastic at communicating with our group and answering questions. Plenty of bedrooms, with plenty to do. We almost never left the house the whole weekend! One caveat to keep in mind, it is not as private as expected: shared driveway with some neighbors nearby. Never a problem for us, but for those seeking to maximize privacy be aware! Would love to stay again soon, had a phenomenal time!

Wonderful large house that our entire family enjoyed. There was plenty of room that we never felt cramped. Everyone had a great time in the hottub, playing the video games, board games, and the outdoor space was large enough for multiple outdoor games. All ages also loved the firepit with multiple nights of making smores and sitting around talking. Check in was really easy, as well as checking out. Thank you!

We have a group of 18 - 4 families with 10 kids ranging from 5-13. This house was perfect for that size group. Kids shared rooms with plenty of extra beds/bedrooms when a kid or two needed their own space. Game room is awesome, as is the hot tub! Everything was clean, easy to access, and the kitchen was great for large groups. Nice fire pit with plenty of chairs.
This was a summer trip for us, please note there is no AC. There were a couple bedrooms with AC units in the closet but not installed. It’s warm and muggy in the upstairs. Plenty of fans to help stay cool. The downstairs was a solid 10-15 degrees cooler which feels great on a hot day.
We do this trip every year and were very pleased with this rental!

Looking for a house for your family to gather? This rental in Dover Vt is THE place to go. Our family had a wonderful time Memorial Weekend. We were a large group of Grandparents, young adults and grandchildren (ages 10-18). We enjoyed the large yard ( corn hole and badminton) the fire pit and the hot tub. Ed’s home has a great lay out on two floors with plenty of bedrooms and baths. There was Mt Biking, long hilly hikes and swims at Lake Raponda plus Wilmington offers some quaint shopping, cafes and Ice Cream! Ed was an excellent host and we are grateful to have found his rental.

This was our groups first time staying at this house and we all couldn't have been happier. House is actually nicer in person than in the listing pictures and very spacious. This house had it all and was very close to the mountain. Our group likes to eat in one night and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a full home meal, even down to the spices, which made it easy and enjoyable. Most rentals are limited on kitchen pots and pans, utensils etc. Ed the owner was extremely responsive. We look forward to staying again for our yearly family trip and will be back.

We loved it here! Thanks so much! It was really amazing! It even had a dry sauna which I don’t think is on the listing so that was a good surprise. Owner great and good comms. Only thing I could remotely say that’s room for improvement is driveway would be better if paved. It is all mud and gets very icy. Owner didn’t have pic of loft bedroom in listing so I asked and he sent. It’s a good additional room. Love this place!!

I rented this property for a girls weekend trip, and this house was PERFECT for our large group. The beds were super comfortable-to the point where we messaged the property manager to ask where he got the mattress toppers and comforters from! The property was clean, had all the amenities you could want (hot tub, fire pit, etc), and simply so much space. We stayed in the fall, but I am a skier and it was an incredible location right on Mt. Snow. It would be perfect for skiing as everything (the mtn, but also restaurants & breweries) is so close We already want to book it again for next fall!

Our stay at the house was overall terrific. There are just a couple of minor things to be aware of. The stairs to the basement have a narrow tread depth on the bottom few steps, so the grandparents didn’t go to the basement for fear of losing their footing. Bring your own shower gel or bar soap. We felt very relaxed in the house and would stay here again if we are in the area

Ed the owner is wonderful to work with. His response is almost immediate and he is accommodating and attentive. House was large and roomy, plenty of sleeping available, and a good kitchen to work in. Due to the unfavorable weather during our stay we didn't get a chance to experience the hottub or firepit area but did have fun with the pinball machines in the den! Had a somewhat minor issue late one evening and Ed was there in a jiffy to resolve. All in all a wonderful house for more than one family or one very large family reunion. Definitely a great house no matter what the season.

Our Vermont getaway was everything we hoped it would be! The location of this house and the overall layout and amenities were perfect. The hot tub, sauna, and location to Mount Snow were the favorites by all. All adults and little ones had the best time and we look forward to booking here again with Ed in the future!

My husband and I have 5 grown children & 4 grandchildren, and this house was perfect for our first post-quarantine summer reunion! The house is larger than it looks, with plenty of space, a big yard, hot tub, fire pit, and everything you need in the kitchen. We cooked every day, and never went out to eat (nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away). There is even a second kitchen in the basement. Driving around Vermont was beautiful - took day trips to Mt. Snow, Stratton Mountain, Bridge of Flowers, Bennington, and Brandon. The house was lovely, clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, two cribs, and a nice patio deck with furniture and a grill. Host was very responsive to questions and I'd highly recommend this vacation home!

Myself and my extended family of 11 stayed here for a long weekend of golf in VT. It was the perfect house for our stay and we really enjoyed playing some of the courses in the area. Would highly recommend this house for any large group looking to stay somewhere functional and easy.
