About this condo rental
Nestled in West Beach, this attractive condo for £213 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. *Must be 25 or older - no exceptions!* Family friendly condo in a quiet setting with no one above you. Prime location on the BEACH SIDE of the boulevard in downtown Gulf Shores with walking distance to plenty of area attractions including restaurants and shopping. Incredibly short walk to The Hangout, Flip Flop Deli Shop, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe, Pink Pony, Pier 33 (groceries), and souvenir shops. No hassle booking and check-in with KEY-LESS entry! Please let us know who is coming and where you're from. Low density beach side complex provides a fun setting for a relaxed beach vacation for a large family at a great value. The unit sleeps 9 adults comfortably. With kids you could easily sleep 10 using the pullout couch and/or loading up the bunk beds. The unit has reserved parking with two flights of stairs - no elevator. Being in a town house style will make you feel more a part of the beach compared to a high rise. Enjoy a side view of the beach from EVERY bedroom and a spacious pool area with grills and tables available. We have free WiFi, cable, and 50-55" smart TVs. The pool area is nicely secluded providing convenient family fun and a little more shield on those windy days! MAIN LEVEL: The living room offers a leather sofa bed along with two power leather recliners. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bath with a tile surround shower. The master has a king platform bed at 16 inch height making it easy to store your suitcase underneath. It features a memory foam mattress with a custom made farm wood head board. Both downstairs bedrooms feature a 50 inch TV, closets, and sliding door to the private balcony for relaxing beach views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen is updated with modern backsplash and granite countertops. The dining room has a custom built farmhouse table. LOFT: The upstairs loft-bedroom is perfectly set up for a whole separate family. It features a king bed, a twin over full bunk bed and a 50inch TV. Enjoy wonderful views from so many windows. Conveniently, there is a full bath as well upstairs with a tile surround shower. The complex has public/coin laundry facilities but we conveniently also offer our own stackable washer/dryer in the unit! PACKING MADE EASY: -We have a community sharing drawer where you will find trash bags, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, gallon bags, and plastic wrap. There is also a cabinet with basic spices which also includes sugar, baking soda, olive oil, vanilla, flour, brown sugar, vinegar, and non-stick cooking spray. For the benefit of all, we ask that you restock any items as needed. -We provide all the dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, air fryer, pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes, and pretty much anything you will need to cook full meals. -For children, we have a mini crib / pack n play fully assembled in the master closet, Fisher Price On-The-Go Shade Dome, and a children’s high chair that can be attached to a kitchen chair. -Beach towels are rolled and racked next to the front door. Please wash and roll back up before checkout. Two beach chairs are available as well. No pets and no smoking! Parking $30 per car per stay. Covered and reserved parking directly under the unit with enough length for two vehicles. The complex has good lighting all hours of the night, a security/parking guard, and the unit has a doorbell camera. The pool is serviced professionally but is not heated. We had a wonderful experience! The condo is beautiful and the kitchen has been updated compared to the photos in the lasting. Some of the wall art and fixtures were quite dusty, which is the only reason I put 4 stars on cleanliness. That had zero impact on our stay as everything we needed was clean and well kept. They had way more chairs and beach toys than we thought, so we could have left ours at home. Taunya was very responsive and helpful with any questions/help that we needed. Absolutely wonderful stay!

Sheet was not clean, dryer didn't work, trash all around the wash/ dryer. Dust buildup around lights in the bathroom.

We loved our stay at Taunya’s place. The location was awesome. Being able to sneak back from the beach to grab lunch mid-day was great, and we were within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit had everything we needed for the week—and having in unit laundry is a huge plus!
Taunya reached out on our arrival day to ensure we found the unit to be clean and in order and was quick to respond when we had questions (like figuring out how to turn on the overhead fan/light in the the loft).

Condo was fabulous!!! Fit our crew of 7 perfectly! Just a short walk to the beach, food locations and shops. Kids enjoyed the pool. Washer and dryer comes in hand, you can see the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend the stay.

This condo was beautiful and had just about anything we needed. Loved that there were beach toys and towels so we didnt have to fund room to pack those. Steps from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host was so helping and made sure we didnt have any issues.

Beautiful location and a minute walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and lots of space. The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I could give it ten stars. Taunya was quick to respond and she reached out first right away. Top notch!

What a fun time in Gulf Shores!
My family recently stayed at this wonderful condo at the Ocean Reef complex and we are so glad we did! I had never been to Gulf Shores and everything from the location to the cleanliness and organization of the unit to even the weather was perfect for our stay. Taunya is a great host and her communication was exceptional! Our kids loved the pool (even with an ocean RIGHT THERE!) and they played for hours on their bunk bed "fort." We adults appreciated the smaller condo complex and the fact that it felt like a "small town" amidst the big high rises. (Turns out our next door neighbors for the duration of our stay were also from Missouri.)
We'll be back! (Though probably not over the Fourth of July weekend as we learned our lesson about all the traffic coming into town the weekend before.)
Also, our trip highlights, besides the beach, were alligator alley and Tacky Jack's!

The location is excellent. We were close to so many shopping and eating places.
You are seconds from the beach. We loved that everything was provided for our days at the beach which included chairs, umbrella, beach towels and sand toy!

The only downside was the 4 flights of stairs you have to go up to get to your room.

Property was very cute! Needed some TLC but overall clean and nice. Location was perfect. The biggest downfall was the several stairs you had to take. Pool was clean and nice as well! Would stay again! Owners were SUPER FAST at response to any questions, very nice people!

Everything about this property was perfect. From seeing the pool from front balcony to seeing beach from the back balcony... a short walk to the beach or food & shopping... adorable condo with a spot for everyone and everything. Highly recommend!

I asked her 3 days before our stay if they happened to have a baby gate for the staircase and she said she didn’t so I just shrugged it off. Then the day before our stay, Taunya sends me a message and says she bought a baby gate! I couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better stay…she ensured that the house was clean upon arrival, which it was! Everything was amazing and if we come back to Gulf Shores, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location/great space
The location was amazing. We loved that it was right at the beach. We were vacationing with our 4 teenage kids so having the beach and pool right there was perfect for us. The loft area was perfect for our 3 older teen boys. The kitchen had all of the cooking things that we needed. The condo was clean and well maintained. Taunya checked in with us to make sure everything was up to our expectations. If we come back to Gulf Shores, we would definitely look to stay here again.

Great location! Plenty of space for our party of 4. Everyone slept well, comfy beds and good AC. The check in process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.
