Perfecte locatie

De locatie is echt perfect. In het mooiste gedeelte van de stad, net in santa cruz maar makkelijk op loopafstand van het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden die je zou willen zien. net appartement, fijne bedden en ik vond het totaal niet gehorig in tegenstelling tot andere reviews.

enige nadeel wat ik me kan bedenken, is het feit dat de badkamer deur een grote spiegel is. heel gaaf, maar deze ging niet goed open en dicht en kon niet op slot, als je met je partner op vakantie bent maakt dit niet veel uit, maar met anderen kan ik me voorstellen dat dit niet heel prettig is.

Comfortable beds. Great shower. Great location for walking to everything. Restaurants almost at our doorstep. Public parking a 2 minutes walk away

No sun at the roof top as it was not facing the sun this time of year.

Perto de absolutamente tudo. Santa Cruz é lindíssimo. O apartamento super limpo e confortável. Com vista pra praça de Santa Cruz que é incrível. Não tenho nada de mal a dizer. Foi ótimo e quero voltar.

Zawiedliśmy się

Bardzo dobre położenie, blisko głównych atrakcji, duży apartament, wygodne łóżka, każda sypialnia miała swoją łazienkę

Zdjęcia dotyczą różnych apartamentów - w rzeczywistości apartament ma tylko jedno okno, które daje niewiele światła. Pokoje albo bez okien, albo z oknem na małe patio lub korytarz. Słaba wentylacja, ciężko było cokolwiek wysuszyć. W łazienkach grzyb pod prysznicem, na suficie i wieszaku. Woda pod prysznicem po jakimś czasie stawała się letnia/zimna. Po pozytywnych opiniach spodziewaliśmy się znacznie lepszej jakości. Przy takiej jakości nie warty swojej ceny.

Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum Sevillas

Die sehr zentrale Lage, alles sehr neuwertig, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bett war etwas schmal, aber gute Matratze.

Die Klimaanlage war leider etwas zu laut.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location!

Location was ideal! The terrace was really great, the whole apartment was lovely. Would 100% return!

The apartment could do with more mirrors - in particular each bedroom should have a full length mirror. Also housekeeping should leave more toilet paper. We had a group of 6 and had to buy our own toilet paper after two days. All very minor complaints though!

Place was nice but managment was not great.

Good location and clean.

The management staff couldnt speak english very well and were not very accomodating. Didnt let us keep the luggage to pick up later and made us empty the property and send us to another place to keep our luggage. There was no coffee for the machine, no detergent for the washing machine.

Comfortable stay in the best area of Seville!

The apartment is beautifully furnished with a balcony that overlooks a garden/square in Santa Cruz. It's a nice quiet neighbourhood, and the street next to the apartment is accessible by car/taxi. The location is perfect for first-time travellers in Seville, as it's within walking distance to all the landmarks. The apartment owner is quick to reply to messages, and the check-in process was easy. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. All the kitchen appliances work perfectly.

The master bedroom (the one with the double bed) is the smallest of the three and doesn't have much space to store your belongings. The clothes horse is very small for a group of 6 people who need to do laundry while travelling. The air-conditioning units are controlled by a central console instead of separately in each bedroom, which can be inconvenient with a group of 6 people.

Very nice location.

Unhelpful host. No flexibility around check out timings. No luggage storage facility. Roof Terrace is private and not for all the apartments ,which didn't say clearly in the booking.

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was clean and the kitchen was also equipped, had everything what we needed. Located very central yet it is in a quite little street. There is a beautiful square outside of the apartment and the Murillo park is just one corner away.

The bathroom/ toilet door can’t be closed properly ,which was not so convenient. Since it’s on the ground floor there is not much natural light in the apartment, which we were expecting, however the apartment had some problems with water damage/ fungus on the walls, which we could smell, especially in the bathroom. Moreover it also effects our overall feeling of the cleanliness of the apartment. I think for the price you pay for the place there should not be a problem like this.

The location perfect for sight seeing.

Sparsely furnished the kitchen was poorly equipped - the 'private' terrace was beautiful but shared with another apartment.

Nice apartment in lovely neighbourhood, but bring earplugs

Great location in Santa Cruz neighbourhood

Our apartment was located on the ground floor, next to the entrance. During the night there was a lot of noise from the streets, but also from people entering the building (this was accompanied by light shining through the window from the hallway every time someone came in). After the first night we contacted the host, they offered us another apartment in the city, but then we had to pay €40 for cleaning the apartment, so we decided to stay anyway. Make sure to bring earplugs!

Location & functionality. The stuff was very polite.

Noise. Every morning from 7 o'clock there was very loud noise coming from the construction work in the building next to the property. And the AC was loud as well.
