Staff were great very friendly

The room was basic, but clean.

Price, staff. Room clean and recently done up. Tea and coffee in the games room 8am-closing. Great for walking along the canal to Nuneaton and Lichfield. No digs, always a + for hygiene.

Beds weren't the most comfy, you need to shut the bathroom door or you may get a bit of a smell. On the ground floor, you may get inconsiderate bikers revving outside, or people smoking,. Annoying if it's warm and you have the window open.

Walked into find an odd smell and picture half fallen off the wall. Floor needed a hoover and the sides and draws needed a clean as they were dusty/sticky and the heater didn’t seem to work. A bin would’ve been useful and the bed didn’t have a mattress protector. Not a great stay for a Saturday as a band or something was extremely loud making the walls shake which isn’t helpful for getting an early night before travelling a long distance the next day for work.

The land lady was exceptionally brilliant at her job, we felt as is she welcomed us to her home and nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service, we arrived as strangers and left as friends. My husband really enjoyed his cooked breakfast, which was cooked extremely well. Our room was perfect, the shower extremely good, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh.nreally can not find anything to moan about. Will definitely be back. First class. We have stayed in 5* hotels and if I’m honest the service we received at Liberal House was definitely up there with the best.

There is really nothing to complain or to be rectified. Service was top notch.
