Code arrived after we contacted next door and owner gave us key, Small/cramped. One coathanger on a short metalrail only hanging space. ok for 1/2 people for 1/2 nights. Unsuitable for longer stay. We booked 6 nights left 2 days early.

This suited my needs well - somewhere to stop for a break between the south of France and my return home via the channel tunnel. Particularly useful to have the parking space outside.

Ideal for two people

The house was clean and tidy. The bed was cozy. There are many facilities provided especially in kitchen and the room is well decorated.

- The staff couldn't be there despite asking for expected arrival time, and was late afterwards. - No TV set. - No soap or shampoo provided. When asked, the owner of the house said it was not possible to provide it for fear of being robbed.

Very cordial host. Parking place directly in front of the house. Ideal location, center easily accessible on foot. In the house everything important is available. Free WLAN. Small garden with seating. Ideal for a couple or family with 1-2 children.

The toilet is very narrow, the bathroom is small. (The overnight guests should know each other well... ;-) ) Steep stairs to the upper floor. It is located directly at a busy street. We would have been happy about a TV. Nevertheless ideal for a few days in Amboise!
