Nestled in Spenard, this charming condo for £419 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We welcome Executive & Corporate Clients - working with your company to provide what you need to make your stay comfortable, productive and successful. This lovely two-bedroom apartment* offers a central location, close to the airport, for all that Anchorage has to offer and can be rented as a one, two or three-bedroom depending on the number of guest occupancy. *We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options if you have a large group. *We have an apartment side by side to this one - Raven Song - nearly identical layout and amenities. If you need another apartment, take a look. These apartments are interchangeable. Our gardens have been featured by the Anchorage Garden Club. Comfortable outdoor seating amongst luscious flowers and herbs with fountains and Koi. If you enjoy preparing meals, you are welcome to snip some herbs for your culinary creations. This property has gorgeous, lush gardens setting with outdoor seating and table and chairs, water features with Koi and various fish. Our gardens have been featured on the Anchorage Garden Club Tour. Clip some of our fresh herbs for your meal preparation. In the winter months, our gardens turn into 'light' when we install over 50,000 white lights on the property. Moose often wander down the street and in the driveway! Bald Eagles are seen overhead. This 2 bedroom has everything you may need for your home away from home. The home offers - 2 Queen-sized beds; 2 full-sized beds (allocated as to the group of guests) and a full kitchen with dishwasher and Washer and Dryer... Cloud-like linen; oodles of pillows; a plethora of kitchen utensils and items (including an air-popper, Crock Pot and a rice cooker); Blue-Ray players; WI-Fi and more. The home is within an easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the city as well as grocery stores; cinema; public library; the largest Natural Foods store in the state; service areas; banks...You are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails. Some of the best Anchorage dining, from excellent Thai/Vietnamese; Momma O's fresh halibut; Tommy's Stop Burger (voted the city's best); Vegetarian; Moose's Tooth/Bear Tooth Pizza; Gwennie's Alaska enormous breakfasts; Yak & Yeti; Mexican; gourmet and steaks just to start! Most of which are within walking distance from this home. Many business offices are close by - New York Life; BP; CH2MHill/Jacobs; Cook Inlet Regional Corp.; Chugach Electric; GCI; Merrill Lynch; BDO; Morgan Stanley; Enstar; Walmart; Wells Fargo; REI; many other oil and gas companies and State offices.

We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay

We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it! Connie was able to squeeze us in for a few extra days before her next booking for Moon Song. As we said in the previous review, the accommodations are excellent, and the joy of sitting with a morning cup of tea in the garden are unparalleled. I'm missing it already!

All I can say is WOW! Connie went above and beyond to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 7 to 11. We had paid for a 2 bedroom, and Connie graciously opened up the 3rd bedroom for us gratis. It was much appreciated, and very thoughtful. We stayed in the right hand side unit of Moon Song. Very comfortable beds, lots of linens, full washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, halogen stove and.......a full suite of kitchen appliances from a food processor to a KitchenAid mixer. Want to make muffins? There's a muffin tin, baking pans, measuring cups, cookie sheets, rice cooker, mixing bowls and so on and so on. Need something specific? Just ask Connie- she used to run a catering business so has just about every kitchen tool known to humanity. The location is in a wonderfully funky part of Anchorage. if you are looking for the regular tourist fare, stay downtown. Staying in Spenard will allow you to see the "real" Anchorage, and is within comfortable walking distance of some amazing local restaurants, grocery stores, and Title Wave, an amazing used book emporium. The host, Connie is a wealth of information about cool spots in Anchorage and around Alaska. We felt like we got the VIP treatment and got see feed the koi in Connie's private koi pond (incredible!) and were gifted with fresh eggs from her sister's chickens. And, I cannot forget how accommodating Connie was with all of our vehicle difficulties (that's a review for another website). Sure the accommodations are fabulous, but what makes this property really stand out is the garden. We ate many meals in the garden, and the kids had an area where they could play outside (while things have opened up due to COVID, our kids are not vaccinated and so a lot of things are still in the "caution" phase for us). The pictures don't do justice to the uniqueness of this VRBO. You won't be disappointed!
