Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive cottage for £854 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Come visit Eight East where you will find a fresh & clean renovated charming cottage that is sure to please! Located on the oceanside of Henderson St., this1940's duplex style cottage is full of a long line of Wrightsville Beach history and has been transformed into a beachy modern oasis. The location cannot be beat as you are within walking distance of WB's strip of dining & shops as well as just steps to Johnnie Mercer's Pier! The infamous Wrightsville Beach Loop is only a hop skip and a jump away for all of you fitness gurus who want to get your exercise on during your vacay! Step into a bright & airy cozy space for friends and family to gather! Enjoy a flat screen smart TV with cable in all living areas and bedrooms. Comfy oversized couches and chairs fill the lower and upper level sitting areas to rest on. There are two dining & kitchen areas that have it all. Upstairs seats 9 comfortably at the large farm table and 5 can sit around the large island/bar. The downstairs dining area seats 6 around the table and 2 at the bar. The newly updated kitchens offers everything you will need for dining and cooking while staying with us! Stainless steel appliances, dishes, drinkware, silverware, and all of the cooking utensils you will need can be found in both kitchens. We also keep the cabinets stocked with cooking necessities, salt & pepper, cooking oils, spices, sugar. During your stay, you have access to a Keurig and coffee pods, sugar and creamer. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Our home will comfortably sleep 12 guests offering 3 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 queen beds and two pullout sofas. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable and device charging station and is decorated with beautiful coastal furnishings that will provide a very restful stay. No need to worry yourself with towels or linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets and two sets of freshly laundered towels. 12 beach towels will also be provided. The cottage has 3 full bathrooms. You will find each bathroom well stocked with all of the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. We also have two sets of washers and dryers that you are welcomed to use. Last but certainly not least, chill out on our large wrap around porches with comfortable seating and dining areas. In 2023, we added a beautiful outside bar located in the back of the cottage that provides your own little oasis to hangout , watch TV, and relax! When you come in from the sun & sand, rinse off in our hot/cold outdoor showerhouse! There is parking available for 4 vehicles in the driveway . Please no parking underneath the house. Feel free to utilize beach chairs/toys/bikes you find in the downstairs outdoor closet. **Access between the Upper and Lower level is utilized by walking outside and using stairs. There is not access between the levels from the inside of cottage. INCLUDED: Complimentary High speed WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of bringing them or renting them separately. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. At the end of your stay, we have a small tidy up checklist but after checkout we have a cleaning service come in to clean the cottage so you do not have to worry about that! Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in our home or on the premises. This was a perfect location for access to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The property owner checked in on us during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. A couple of the ladies in our party were already looking for summer availability.

My family and I were recommended this property by friends. We were in town for UNCW Parents Weekend and rented both floors with friends for a long weekend visiting our college kids. While Tropical Storm Ophelia threatened to dampen our stay, this was a great place to weather the storm. The storm also generated some great waves for our boys to catch some surf 🏄♂️ All the necessities of home were there and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will most definitely be back!

Kelly's home is outstanding in every way. It is thoughtfully designed, and it is perfect for accomodating multiple families. My parents, my sister and her family, and my family stayed at Kelly's beach house for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. What a special place! A gorgeous spot to entertain, a lovely back deck / bar area with a grassy area that is perfect for kids to play. We loved the porch as well, which convenientally had permanent gates to allow our toddlers to roam freely. There is everything you need at this home, and it makes for such a memorable spot. Not to mention, it is steps from the beach. I would most definitely stay again! Thanks, Kelly, for your wonderful home and sharing it with us. We hope to come back soon!

The house was perfect for a long family wedding weekend! We rented both units and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Only several houses away from the beach for sun and fun, and we walked to Shark Bar for a bite to eat and a few drinks several times. The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked, but we spent most of our time at home in the beautiful backyard area. A perfect little oasis.

This property was perfect for a long family wedding weekend. We ranged from 2 years old to 65, and the property was perfect. Well appointed, functional, well located, and beautiful beachy design. We even had the groomsmen lunch on the porch and back bar area....a big hit. The owner was accessible and wonderful to work with.

This summer (2022) was the second summer of renting the house for a week. The house is in a good location (about 100 feet from the beach access point), is clean, well decorated and well organized. It has an upper level and lower level that each have a kitchen, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bar in the rear and a wrap around porch. The house has the amenities you need: towels, sheets, kitchen appliances, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and bikes. This is a fun and comfortable house and I recommend it.

The perfect retreat with all the amenities one could desire!
First of all, the pictures are accurate in showing the beautiful home, but you don't realize how amazing and cozy this coastal home feels until you walk in through the door. The beds were super comfortable, the furnishings were high quality, and the kitchen had everything one could need. Kelly, you were an amazing host. Thank you for accommodating our group and sharing your lovely home with us. We look forward to many more in the future!

Perfect rental for a family wedding weekend
Beautiful cottage that’s been renovated and updated but still has all the features of an old beach house like wrap around porch and easy walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and very functional for 7 of us using both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms for a long weekend. Our toddler stayed in the bunk bedroom and it was the perfect set up for her. Kelly was a wonderful host, great to work with, and answered all of our questions about the property promptly. Highly recommend this property for its convenience/location. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Update house near beach
The experience of the house is as expected and in-line with the marketing of the property (accurate photos, descriptions of the house and its location, amenities). We had six adults and two children and were comfortable in the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the common areas (living room, dining area, outdoor areas) we’re comfortable and all the installations worked well ( AC, hot water heater, appliances). We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend the property. Thank you.

A very special beach cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eight East! So many thoughtful touches and amenities were included that are rarely provided in rentals, plus beautiful decor, a fantastic outdoor bar area, extraordinary landscaping, lots of outdoor seating to relax in, and easy access to the beach. We look forward to staying here again!
