Sommige van het personeel waren erg vriendelijk. Water cooler op de hal. Leuke vegan eettentjes in de buurt en een straat verder een goedkope massage salon!
Heel erg geluidhorig, mijn man heeft bijna niet kunnen slapen. Je hoort alles op de gang. Ook is de douch en toilet ineen dus constant alles nat ook de toilet na het douchen en geen trekker aanwezig. Ook hadden wij geen raam maar gelukkig maar voor 2 nachten.

Das Personal (24 Stunden Rezeption) war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf den Fluren standen Wasserspender für heißes und kaltes Wasser. Zudem war ein Bügelbrett vorhanden. Wir konnten unsere Koffer nach dem Auschecken beaufsichtigt dort lassen.
Unser Zimmer war etwas laut durch die ganzen an den Hauswänden hängenden Klimaanlagen.

The room was clean and the toilet, bath and shower very good.
1)The room was kind of small for three.
2) The matress was hard, especially the extra bed matress.
3) The pillow was really really smelly... Please make sure you throw away the dirty pillows.

The hotel is on a quiet street, not far from eating, shopping and 15 min. Walk from Komtar,bus station and mall. were you can take the free CAT bus around town.
The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable beds.
There is free drinking water refill on every floor.
At the lobby you can buy a few snacks or cold beverages.
Everything was fine, just would like a few more clothes hangers and a bed side light.
The main lighting in the room is too bright in the evening or early morning
