Nestled in Kill Devil Hills, this attractive house for £275 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. “Ocean Blue” is a great place to enjoy quality décor and finishes for a great price! It is only the third house from the ocean and centrally located. Your family will love the convenience and ambiance this quaint seaside cottage offers. The beach is just minutes away with a sidewalk for safety. Two bedrooms are masters here, with the top level bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill-style bathroom. A great difference for you is that this house is not reverse floor plan! The kitchen and great room are on the middle floor making access to the family gathering space easy for all. In addition, young children can sleep on the top level without the overhead noise of teens and adults. The ground level master bedroom is a quiet respite for its occupants. There is only one flight of stairs to access the great room from either bedroom level. Beautiful wood floors in the gathering areas and ceramic tile in the bathrooms give this beauty a sense of style. Kitchen has a center island and pantry with open concept great room and dining area, in addition to granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to gather around to help for mealtimes! The top floor has two bedrooms and a cute sitting area with an ocean view through the window. All bedrooms have LCD TVs. The house is a short walk to a beach access that has a lifeguard stand (Memorial Day to Labor Day only). Adults and kids can walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Avalon Pier from the house. Drive a few minutes for family activities like go carts and putt-putt, the movie theater, many more restaurants, shopping, and the Wright Brothers National Park. Top-Level: Queen Bedroom with TV, shares Jack and Jill Bathroom with Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and TV; Hall Loft. Mid-Level: Great Room with 65" TV, Kitchen with Island seats 3, Dining Table seats 8, Deck Access, Hall Half Bathroom, Washer and Dryer, Queen Master Bedroom with TV, 2 Sink Vanity, and Deck Access. Ground-Level: Foyer, Queen Master Bedroom with TV; Covered Entrance, Carport for 2 Cars, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Backyard enclosed with 6' Privacy Fence, Gas Grill, Picnic Table and Additional Seating. Extras: Wireless Internet Access, Gas Grill, No Smoking, PETS NOT ALLOWED, Parking: 4 Cars, Milepost 6.5, Distance to the Beach: 450 ft. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Location is great being very close to the beach with a 90 second walk. A huge plus was everyone had their own private bathroom per room; aside from the upper two bedrooms but this worked even better as it was a split bathroom for children and parents. Would recommend this location to anyone!

House was great location to the beach and Avalon pier. The Target is within walking distance and great if you need anything. The down stairs closet has a few chairs, beach cart and toys, and umbrella. The house has everything in the kitchen you need. The grill works but could use a new one. I would come back, I love the location.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! Just a few steps from the beach and we really enjoyed all of the beach equipment that came with the house. The property manager was extremely responsive too!

Incredible home less than 100 yards to beach. Perfect for families with children vacationing with grandparents. Nice large space for congregating or ample bedroom area with amenities for getting away space. Lovely decorating throughout and everything you might need in the kitchen cabinets.

This property was absolutely beautiful. I was extremely impressed on how clean it was, especially during this time of Covid-19. Every bedroom had a flatscreen tv, which we’ve never had in other rentals. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We will definitely stay here again!

We came for a Destination Christmas with family and this rental property did not disappoint. This rental property is well taken care of and pictures are spot on. We really, really enjoyed our time and have even talked about coming back to this same rental property again.

Awesome experience overall but one thing is the beds were kinda stiff and the pillows weren’t the best. Also I wish we had an extra set of towels. Other than that it was very clean and good amenities. Very close to everything we needed

There is an abandoned house next door that is kinda creepy, but location is great and house is excellent. House was clean and spacious enough for 10! Short short walk to beach and close distance to everything . Def recommend this place, great for kids too.

Loved everything bout this rental. Only issue was that I thought it was by owner which turned out to be an agency. No real problem they were wonderful to deal with. Just a little confusing ding when I paid the deposit.

I found this property on the Home away site and when I booked it I found out that Blue Ocean was managing the property. I was charged an extra fee in doing so. I'll know better next time.

Perfect for our family!

Perfect for our family!

We came to the Outer Banks for the 1/2 marathon, 5k, and fun run. Since everyone in our family was running in at least one of these, we needed a place for all to rest and enjoy time together. This place was perfect! My son and his family had the top floor. My daughter and her family had the bottom. Plenty for each part of our family yo have their own space and privacy and plenty of space to spend time together. Loved the games and puzzles. The house had everything we needed. It is in a good location with easy access in and out. Thank you for a great long weekend get away! Pretty sure we'll be coming back next year!
