This 2BR/2.5BA golf villa shows like a model, with tropical decor. It is a fully furnished,1st floor corner unit that is located within the exclusive gated Castle Pines section of the PGA Village.(This is the newest PGA Village development with use of the luxury pool, not Golf Villa I or Golf Villa II which does not.) The villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. It has a private screened in patio with easy access to a meticulously well maintained backyard lawn area that is well shaded by trees. In addition the master bathroom was recently redone with Italian marble tiles. Look around if you must, but you will not find a nicer unit within the exclusive Castle Pines section of the PGA Village with these added perks at the prices listed below. The villa is deeply discounted and is often less expensive then older and less desirable units. This is a great place to just get away from it all and relax. My Florida vacation getaway is extremely clean, and well maintained. I believe it to be one of the most top notch units within the PGA Village. No recreational vehicles commercial vehciles or motorcycles are allowed in the community

I had to travel to PSL for work, had the family tag along to be close to the beach. Condo was in a great location with a pool about 30-35 min from the coast!

We had a great stay at PGA Village/Castle Pines. The property owner made our stay very easy. We were sent a detailed guide and map of the community prior to our stay. He also followed up with us to make sure we arrived and if we had any trouble or questions. The check in/out process was very easy to follow. The owner was also kind enough to suggest a place to eat. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. Easy to get in and out of and centrally located to shopping and restaurants.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The location and neighborhood were great! The owner was extremely attentive and helped make our wedding experience even better for our guests! We would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT!!!! Our new home was pushed to a further move in date and we needed a place to stay until it will be ready. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be recommending this place to our family and friends who will visit us in the future. The owners were so accommodating and very responsive to any questions I had.

Neighborhood was wonderful! Great for golf and biking. Pool and hot tub area great! Size of condo very comfortable. Furniture could be upgraded. Kitchen utensils and silverware need replenishing. Screened porch very enjoyable!

The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The towels looked about 20 years old and were stained with paint and bleach. There was no soap for the dishwasher.

Good place for a long stay with our dog. Comfortable beds, plenty of rooms. This place has provided some basic need and we went shopping for extra household items from near by stores. Convenient locations from shopping area, major highway and restaurants. Nice facility pool on site but the gym is located on another site which need to drive there. Nice shade little backyard great for our dog. Chris was a great host and quick respond.
Cons: Some noises came from the neighbor upstairs on daily basis (heavy foot on the floor, slammed toilet seat, etc.)

Really nice and safe condo organization. The grounds are beautiful. The condo's are spacious and have a private, screened in patio (first level).

Winter vacation
overall communications were great and property very accurately descibed. Clean and neat and comfortable. Very close to PGA Golf Club and shopping , grociers, etc.

Summer stay
The property was exactly as the pictures show. It was my family of five that stayed here for six weeks. The property was very spacious for all of us. It was great for our summer stay with three kids. We loved the huge shower and loved having a separate room big enough for all of the kids, with their own tv and a/c. The neighborhood is very safe, as well as the surrounding areas. We walked the neighborhood almost daily and always saw wildlife that entertained us. The pool is very nice. It is cleaned every morning, so it is very clean. It is a convenient location to grocery stores and shopping centers. The traffic in the area is not bad at all. It felt like home by the end of three weeks, and we did not want to leave! We will definitely be looking into this place if we are back in the area again!

Chris was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the condo and had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely book again with him if we decided to return to the area.

Nice stay in Port St Lucie
Condo was comfortable. Master bedroom drapes & windows very dirty; need to be replaced/deep cleaned. Dressers old & really smelled of mildew. Bed was very comfortable. MBR closet should be cleaned out before guests arrive; especially if staying long term. Owner/property manager always available & in touch. Overall a nice stay.

We have stayed in PGA before and really love the location and value of these condos! Conveniently located to absolutely everything, including our family, so it just makes sense for us to always stay here. It is actually cheaper than staying at the Holiday Inn!! Plus all the amenities are included & we can bring our 5lb princess (pup)
The only difference in the units we stay is obviously the decor, which is always beautiful and inviting.
