About this condo rental
Situated in Poipu, this charming condo for £219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This Regency 311 condo will make your vacation to Poipu Beach one to remember! This corner unit offers privacy and lush, tropical surroundings. It has consistent trade breezes, but also has a split air conditioning system, with A/C units installed in both bedrooms and in the living room. There are four ceiling fans to keep everyone cool and comfortable. The condo is one of the larger Poipu condos containing 1263 sq. ft. of interior space, plus two lanais adding 140 more square feet of outdoor relaxation space. One lanai has a charming outdoor dining nook with a chaise lounger. The second private lanai is connected to the master bedroom, and is surrounded by tropical foliage. The master bedroom has two Sealy Posturepedic queen mattresses, purchased in December 2019. It has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has a California King Westin Sealy Heavenly mattress and upgraded rosewood furniture. Both bedrooms have their own new HDTVs. It is only a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beach, but free on-site parking is available so you can easily explore the Garden Island by car. Some beach gear, games, movies, and books are included at the unit for your convenience and enjoyment! Several gas BBQ grills are located on the grounds, and BBQ utensils are provided in the unit. When you are tired from exploring the gorgeous island, enjoy the three pools in the community, or head to the club to enjoy the great amenities! Upgraded features and additional details: * Newly installed split A/C system in September 2020. * Four ceiling fans. * 3 new HDTVs with 300 channel cable, 3 DVD players, free wifi and premium cable. * New appliances, pots and pans, and Keurig machine in the fully stocked spacious kitchen. * Lovely new wood-look porcelain plank tile flooring throughout. * Both bathrooms feature 9-foot ceilings, tub/shower combination with lots of storage and 66-inch vanity counters. * Several gas grills located on the grounds. BBQ utensils provided. * Beach gear includes cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys. * Baby gear includes a Pack n Play crib and a booster seat. * A set of golf clubs is conveniently included for your use. * Two full-size sofa sleepers in the living room. * Windows have plantation shutters. * Screened entry door. * Key-less entry to the unit. * Refurbished and freshly painted in 2017. * On-site parking. This is a lovely condo! Clean, well stocked, ground floor, and quiet. Beds are comfortable, and towels were plentiful.
Short walk to the beach where you can see turtles nightly!
Pictures are accurate, so what you see is what you get. No surprises! I would not hesitate to book here again!

Pros- Very well equipped condo, everything you need is in the unit. Very nice that they provided some laundry pods and dryer sheets so we did not have to worry about that. Spacious and suited my family of four very well. Pools are close to the doorstep. Location was great, so close to popular beaches, restaurants and shopping. Nice walking path down to the beachCons- a little run down, Windows and sliding glass are in desperate need of an upgrade as well as the rusty sinks in bathrooms. Ripped bedding in master. Could be cleaner (bathroom and bedroom fans full of dust and feet were black after walking on the floor, saw 2 cockroaches during our stay). When we opened the one coffee machine it was full of mold as someone did not clean the used filter out for some time. This place has been well used and it shows. Overall we got what we paid for and it was ok but would pay more to stay a little more higher end next time. Very happ we split our stay with a gorgeous air bnb in Princeville.

They location and area are great. However, while the accommodation was spacious and had all the amenities it was let down by lack of useable outdoor balcony space. There was a table but no chairs. The other issue was that the apartment is a ground floor unit and the soundproofing was non existent from above.

This may be the best rental I’ve ever had. The amenities are perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Laundry available. Plenty of sleeping space. AC throughout (which I’ve found is not standard on the islands). And the best part is this is remarkably clean and updated. Perfect for my family (adults and teens).

It was very cozy. It was perfect size for our group. It was nice to see there were a few supplies we forgot to get were already in the house.

Property and location were great. We love the area. Good unit and was very functional for us. They were cleaning and painting the exterior during our stay which was a bit of an annoyance but that was just bad luck and will be better for future guests. Only complaint was the bedding on king bed smelled musty and we noticed the plantation blinds were in need of dusting. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had ample space for a family of six with teenagers. We utilized the large kitchen every day and appreciated two bathrooms al well as lots of sleeping options.

We really enjoyed the Athletic Club membership and went every morning to play pickleball with the kids (elementary aged) and jumped in the pool after. Kids loved the slide there too. Definitely would recommend to other guests.

Such a lovely property in the heart of Poipu and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and modern with plenty of space for our family of five. The beach supplies were especially a nice treat with the wagon used every day to haul boogie boards and snorkel gear down with chairs and umbrella. We loved the location especially for a winter Kauai visit. Would definitely come back and grateful for the interaction with the owner.

May sound petty but the tp quality wouldn’t have met the standards for a roadside rest stop.
Unit is well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen needs.

What a great and convenient place to stay! Close to the beach the Cabana Club and some wonderful restaurants. Also close to the Spouting Horn and the Natural Historical Botanical Garden.

This spot is perfect if you plan to go north, East or anywhere in between! And for your beach days, you’ve got towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella & a handy wagon to carry it all. Would recommend to anyone!

We had such a lovely time in this property! It was so clean, well decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. My kids even kept saying “let’s go home” meaning the condo.
Checkin was such a breeze, and the property had everything we needed. And my kids absolutely loved being so close to such a nice pool! And walking distance to the beach was a perk too! The walk takes about 10 minutes and is just gorgeous along the way.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo unit was exactly as pictured. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a 10 min walk to Poipu Beach. Easy Cheesy. The pool is kind so small and crowded at times. Never did see the kidney bean shaped pool. Our unit did come with access to Poipu Athletic Club which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid place and base camp for the Poipu area.
