Loved staying in this condo! We come every year. This condo has the best field. You can even see the ocean. It was so quiet. There weren’t a lot of rentals at the time in our condo we were staying at. The pool as usual is perfect we will be looking for this condo next year. Thank you so much for a great stay how could you ever have a bad day in Hawaii.

This unit has a great location at the very end of the complex on the golf course.

Loved it, super spacious, clean and easy check in and out. Location was far from other cities which made a lot of driving when we wanted to go to Kona.

We liked a lot about this spacious condo. The location is great…walking distance to great beach, shops and a lovely view across the golf course. Includes coolers, boards, beach chairs etc and a well stocked kitchen. The condo is getting a little worn which we can deal with. The carpets however were unacceptably dirty with staining everywhere. We really didn’t want to walk barefoot on them. Please clean them or replace with hard floors. That was most disappointing. Otherwise it was clean. The queen bed is quite hard which might appeal to some people. The king bed had a topper which helped.

I loved the property, but only ask for a few things to be updated. The guest bedroom blinds wouldn’t close so nobody could see in. Not that you want to watch tv on vacation, but the guest room had a tv with 3 remotes and nothing worked. It’s nice to unwind at the end of the day with a little bit of distraction

Overall impression was good, carpets badly in need of a cleaning, spots all over the place. If it were me I'd replace the carpets with vinyl plank, would make a world of a difference. Patio doors/windows were not cleaned which showed up bad in afternoon sun. Other then cleaning the place was great and we would stay there again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed this condo in Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach. The loft bedroom was perfect for kids. Great location for day trips to local beaches and other attractions on the big island. Living room carpet had some stains, but we spent most of the time outside exploring the island.

The location of the property was great, it was stocked with most things we needed. The pool was wonderful, check-in was easy. Condo is a bit outdated as the carpet could be replaced along with some of the balcony furniture. The master bed was on the softer side, had no issues sleeping but if you like a firm bed it may not be that comfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

The condo was well equipped. It could use some updates on furniture. King bed and couch were worn but overall the condo was wonderful.

The kitchen was well stocked, and they had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, some snorkeling gear, etc...everything one needs to spend the entire day at the beach! We'd love to stay there again the next time we're in Waikoloa Beach.

The property is nice but a little tired. There is one small pool and grill area to serve many units and our unit had no grill. I guess we booked in a peak demand period, otherwise I suspect it would have been less expensive

Excellent home and location. Management is so quick in response. We had everything we needed, only some minor things but management provided quickly. We were very happy to stay there and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Love Rentals for making our vacation perfect.

Communication of the access codes and unit # was not clear in my the email from the rental company. This delayed accessing the condo and created some frustration. There was no reserved parking space so if we left in the evening parking was very difficult. The condo was very nice with beautiful sunset views. The only downfall was that there was not a dedicated parking space so parking was not always easy. Also, a box of tissues would have been nice but otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

This was our second time at this same unit and it's been perfect for us. Now that my kids are teens, it was so nice letting them walk around and shop and explore on their own. You can easily walk across the street to go sit in the ocean. It was a wonderful decompressing time.

Great apartment for families, conveniently accommodates 6 people in a compact place, thanks to the loft. The apartment was well equipped, all amenities you need for long term stay were provided (beach chairs & toys, kitchen and bathroom supplies, lots of spices and leftover non-perishable food items).

Having to find visitor parking was a struggle part of our time. King bed was uncomfortable. Great location. Great pool. Condo worked out well.

Overall, this is a great place to stay! There is a lot that is right about this condo. The location for us is perfect! The condo itself has a lot of space. There’s a loft with two singles, a queen in the second bedroom and the master has a king which we found very comfortable. In addition, the sofa pulls out, according to my husband. There are also a lot of pillows to choose from which was nice. The towels in the condo are very plush and soft and there were plenty of them. The kitchen had all basic necessities except spatulas. The washer/dryer worked VERY well and there was plenty of soap for the washer and the dishwasher. Waikoloa Beach is situated so that you are not too far from Kona, Hawi, or Waimea and we visited all of those places which is also why we love this location. The new Daniel Inouye Highway is also convenient from this location to get to Hilo. The pool was about 350 steps (I counted) from our door. The pool is cold but refreshing. The hot tub was hot. Again, they are located in a lovely setting and chairs were always available when we went. The beach is a little bit more of a walk but we love the walk! The third floor location makes for a lovely view from the lanai. The garbage dumpster is very conveniently located as well. Daisy, at the property management company, was easy to work with. There are just so many things RIGHT about this condo. The four stars (and I’d really give this unit 4.5 stars but it’s not an option on here) really reflects a couple of things. The carpeting looks terrible. It probably should be taken out and have something more forgiving put in. It looks bad but renters are typically not very careful and I can attest to that since we own rentals. The patio door and patio screen door would not lock but on the third floor I wasn’t particularly worried. All of Fairway Villas we found to feel very safe and very quiet. The ice maker didn’t work and leaked water. Parking could be a little bit of a hassle but after the first night wasn’t too bad. Those are all small things that we worked around. The fees that are charged for replacement items such as a towel seemed exhorbitant but maybe that’s what this management company finds they need to do. Again, I would absolutely, positively stay here again (and we may book again soon) because we loved the place and felt right at home.

Great location. The condo was large and very clean. It was adequately equipped, fully equipped kitchen with good appliances, dishes and cookware, 2 new beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. It could have used more beach chairs. Enjoyed the lanai and good proximity to the Kings and Queens shops, Mariott and Hilton nearby. Only one repair item identified, patio door handle required replacement and this was dealt with quickly by owner. Only other issue was that there was no reserved parking space, had to use visitor parking spaces, which filled up quickly in afternoon/evening. It was a great place to stay and we would recommend it.

Loved the condo! Roomy, clean, up to date and cheery. Lots of linens, towels, beach toys - chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider renting this condo again! The only thing we would’ve liked to have is an assigned parking space as visitor parking was limited. Otherwise everything was great! :)

Very nice tropical resort property. Easy walk to the beach. Negatives are no reserved parking spot and no beach toys.
