Just stay comfy and enjoy your time in our authentic but fully equipped apartments. Let me introduce you our island beachfront paradise: All apartment has A/C in every room, king size super comfy beds, flat screen smart TV and free WIFI. Our apartments located 10 steps away from the sea in the middle of the city center where you can enjoy the caribbean vibrancy even in your private pool. We have a breathtaking view to the seafront from the balcony in all of our apartments. Our apartment has a private garden with palm trees, table and chairs around your private pool, where you can have your breakfast , drink your morning coffee or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The kitchens are fully equipped : there is a big fridge with freezer, stove with owen all along with all the useful kitchenware for cooking any local dishes with our private chef or cool your Belikin beer in the fridge. Your journey probably will start in Belize city, from there you will have two options to get here. The first one is the short flight from Belize to San Pedro it’s takes 15 minutes, trust me it’s worth every penny of it. The Tropic airlines has small planes maximum of 15 person, on the way you will be able to check out the islands around San Pedro and also the amazing view of the sea, it is breathtaking. Once you landed you can reach the apartment by foot( golf cart and taxi is also available and upon requests can be organized for you) in about 10 minutes. The second option to get here is with water taxi, they start to operate 6am-8pm and the boats comes to San Pedro in every hour. The costs for that is 7 USD , the journey takes 1,5 hour. If you choose this option you will have a chance to meet the locals at the ship, get their coulture know a little bit, here their amazing stories about San Pedro, and you will get a really close look to the sealife. Once you reached the island you can walk to the apartment by foot (if you haven’t got to many luggage’s , if you are the best way might be to rent a golf car or get a cab) in about 4 minutes. Once you arrived, you will feel the atmosphere straight away, and i’m sure you will feel for it. The locals are super helpful friendly and English-speaking, they here for you to make your holiday more amazing. San pedro have their own money which is Belizean dollar but they accept USD too 1USD=2 belizean dollars. When you get the area know a little better, it’s a time for you to go for a little adventure’s. The locals are organize a lot of amazing tours: you can go fishing where you can taste the most fresh fishes you ever tested in your life, if you brave enough you can try to swim with sharks(tiger sharks, they not dangerous for humans at all) , you can go and see the Maya ruins( the amazing Mayan temples in the jungle). The waterlife is pretty amazing here so it’s worth to spend a day in a boat,scuba drive , and a lot of different type of snorkeling tours.There are also an organized caving tours, they have limited spaces so is important to bookit in advance.( All activities can be arranged by us upon request) We can't wait to have a chance to introduce you our paradise :)

The apartment is in a great location. It’s the best part of the rental. The manager was wonderful and responsive , and accommodating when we needed it. The place could benefit from some updating , the pictures look better than the actual state of the furnishing. One of the bathroom does not have a shower curtain which is not super easy to shower ( you have to either be careful or sit in the bathtub) plus if you are tall you will touch the ceiling ( my son is 6’2 he had to do some bending). The water pressure is not ideal but it’s fine. Good air conditioning units in each rooms. The room with the king size bed does not have lots of space to move around. The resort by itself could also use some updates but overall we did have a good time. I did not pay attention but no washer dryer and with the humidity ( even with air conditioner) it is hard to keep things dry especially if you dive a lot. The balcony was nice , it could use a small table . They just have a small sofa. I would recommend the place for the location and friendliness of the staff. Thank you

This view is spectacular! We did a snorkeling excursion and the crew picked us up from the dock right outside the door! Location was great. Very quiet but only 100 yards from busy town center. Staff met us and picked us up from the water taxi and were very nice. The Villa was beautifully decorated and spectacularly clean. Very highly recommend. It is on the 3rd floor with 2 sets of stairs so this Villa is not handicap friendly.

We would definitely recommend this property to a family or group of friends. The view is wonderful and you can't beat the location. Easy walking distance for snorkel excursions, shopping and restaurants.

Everything from the arrival to the actual apartment and location was amazing, easy, and so enjoyable. Raul took great care of our group to ensure we were comfortable and knew how to get around and what spots to check out. He even helped us to arrange a home cooked meal one night of our stay. The property itself is clean and comfortable with access to a nice dock on the water and the beach, which is the easiest way to walk to restaurants and other hot spots nearby.

First of all, I was nervous about there being no reviews on VRBO but after seeing them on another rental site I decided to book. I can't say enough about the view from the 3rd story balcony and all of the windows in each front room! The airport was only about a block away and the beach access to restaurants and short walk to all of the local spots was so convenient. The property manager also helped us get a sail boat/snorkeling tour and a golf cart rental. Spacious and cute!
