The host canceled our reservation less
Than six hours from our flight to arrive and left us stranded trying to find somewhere for us to stay with 19 people for eight days, stating his current guests had a medical emergency and his alternative listing was unavailable. Horrible communication from booking to the week of our trip. Never again will I use the host. We had to book an through another vendor after three days in a hotel. Completely dissatisfied with the host!!!!

They gave us another house because this house had water damage .The house gave us was very nice . The pool was cold the club pool and hot were both cold lazy river wasn’t working. Other than that the vacation was great

Toujours en attente d'une remboursement depuis 70 jours, séjours passer et pas de remboursement.
Très Très difficiles de communiquer avec le propriétaire, ne donne pas suite au téléphone et au email, toujours pas de remboursement après 70 jours, demande fait dans les delais pour remboursement mais réclamation en attente.

My stay was not so good had to call the same day of check in some light were out the ice maker stop making ice my bathroom shower wouldn't turn off hard to turn on. There was limited kitchen items a vase looked chip off around bottom. So please check all items up check in

I’ll start off with the most obvious reason why this trip turned into a nightmare. The upstairs AC was completely broken. When we checked in, (yes easy process) we walked around to survey the house and bedrooms and found a massive AC leak that soaked the carpet. We opened the closet to find water around the AC unit. The owner kept an open communication about the situation. The ac tech showed up at 10pm , hours later, to find out that Ac might not be fixed. That same night we found out that one of the showers upstairs was not turning on. Most of the family stayed downstairs because it was like an oven upstairs (heat rises and traps upstairs.) Saturday morning most of our family members ended up leaving because they just couldn’t take the heat. They drove back down to Miami. The AC downstairs wasn’t cooling since i am guessing it was overworking to cool the whole house down. Saturday afternoon we find out that the AC will not get fixed until Monday... the few of us that did stay tried to book another place close by for remainder of the days but could not because no availability. We had to stay in the heat. The carpet never dried up, and that water damage could have easily grown mold. Our health could have been in danger not only because of the heat, but because there might Have already been growing mold in there. Besides the AC concern, the Master bathroom sink was clogged up. The handy man needed to come in on Saturday to correct that issue. Some of the utensils in kitchen didn’t work. it’s been almost 3 weeks since our stay and I have been back and forth with the owner about getting a credit for the MAJOR inconvenience, and I have yet to receive a credit, yet the house rental has to be paid in full before we even stay in it.
Now the owner isn’t replying. Yes the house is gorgeous, but living in south Florida with the dangerously hot summers we have here, having AC is a necessity especially when we have infants (2months old) and children in the house. I asked for a refund on the house minus the cleaning fee since a few of us stayed there since we had nowhere else to stay. The owners reply was: “We offered you full refund if you choose to cancel the remaining two days stay, however since you did not take that and continued to stay , we cannot provide the full refund only some credit...” I find that extremely rude and conniving since I never turned down a credit. Yes this vacation turned into nightmare.

Family friendly and close to Disney
The vacation home is very spacious, family friendly, close to Disney. It treats our family well. Our kids love the game room and themed rooms. The host is easy to reach and answered all our questions very quickly.

Family Retreat
A group of us stayed here for our family retreat and it was a beautiful And spacious home. There were no issues at all and communication with the owner went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend to other and will consider for potential other events.

Upstair air conditioning had a leak and rug was wet, sofa upstairs had peeled leather (needs to be reupholstered ) Some the the bathroom were not cleaner correctly and has mold. Sildimg door knob broken.
The fake plastic flowers all around the house looked old and dusty.
Most important of all is that many bed need to be changed due to filling all the wires when you lay down.
We did not have any soap, shampoo nor cream.
Sadly all I got in return was a sorry for the inconvenience?
Till now I jave not gotten a call or email to offer a credit back for lost food nor an extra day to make it up for all issues encountered.
It is a big house but needs major maintenance.
