Located in the private east-end community of Dunescape, this is a wonderful escape for the whole family. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen along with bright open living spaces showcasing beautiful ocean views. Have fun in the game room with a foosball table & second refrigerator. Outside there are two generous decks, a private pool, outside shower and charcoal grill. Take a short beach path through the dunes on a private boardwalk or you can use the other access located between 321 & 324 Serenity. Two bonus rooms for spreading out, extra sleeping, or additional privacy. Well-furnished with wood and tile flooring throughout. High-speed WIFI. Two pack 'n plays (with sheets, but can't guarantee sheets will be there), high chair and booster seat for your convenience. Two master suites. Easy walk to community pool and cabana as well as volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts at the community center. This was our first time staying in this property, first time on the east end, third time on the island. Overall, the house was great. Wonderful layout, view, bedrooms, capacity for a big family, nice pool, great beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Decks are very nicely laid out as well, but pretty worn. One notable issue: the large, main refrigerator in the kitchen on the 3rd floor was not functional when we arrived (power was on, alarm going off, not cooling). We reported the issue on Sunday after powering it on and off and giving it time to try to cool down, and a maintenance person was finally sent out on Wednesday afternoon to immediately say that it could not be repaired. We didn't hear anything back after that. We were still able to stay and didn't lose food as there is a spare refrigerator on the ground level in the game room, but it was very inconvenient to haul every meal and snack up and down 3 floors for 13 people (the elevator was helpful at times). When we asked the property manager about some refund for this issue they noted that the rental agreement says no refunds for these issues. While this is true, it doesn't seem reasonable given the cost of a summer weekly rental. Noting this for future renters.

Nice house, great location just steps away from the beach. Pictures and description on the web don't do it justice as it has been updated inside. One of us use a wheelchair and found it to be pretty accessible and the elevator was perfect. The pool is great and we made use of both decks, dining, reading and cocktail hour. It has a nice big flatscreen TV, though we only watched a baseball game on it. Our group included three kids and they all had a blast. The weak link is the icemaker. It never worked so we had to rely on the auxiliary icemaker in the bar. Maintenance person came out to the house and said they would replace it. The view is unimpeded of the beach. Highly recommend staying here!
