The property was spacious and in a great location. It had all the needed amenities.

The property was not very clean. I booked based on the reviews that stated the place was very clean. The bed sheets were not washed or changed. They had other peoples hair on them. The floor wasn’t clean and there were dirty pots in the cabinet.

Great location and nice house to stay.

Great location

The front door and backyard door need curtains for privacy. Please consider as it would make the stay more comfortable. Also consider changing to blackout curtains to the bedrooms.

I would totally recommend this place. Quiet neighborhood, easy access and great stay.

I really liked the openness of the place, the quiet location, and the ease of access to the property. Communication was great with the property management and owners.

There needs to be window coverings in the kitchen and front door area. It was kind of creepy not having privacy after dark where anybody could see into the place.

Comfortable and cozy

Super clean house. The communication with host was smooth and fast. 7 minutes drive to the Walmart. We like this place!

The bed is kind of soft for me, but my friends feel ok.

Perfect house in Cedar City.

Having a hard was great. The house was perfect for our needs.

A few more lamps would be a good idea. Although knowing that could be guests in the basement, I was not prepared for strangers to knock on the door in the evening among for accommodations. This was a bit disconcerting. I did advise the person after her second interruption to contact the owner.

This is a quiet, spacious, comfortable, convenient property.

Good location for Utah Shakespeare Festival- 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Clean, quiet. Residential neighborhood. Modern kitchen (with some supplies) and baths. Good lighting and air conditioning. Easy drive to Cedar Breaks, Kolob Canyons, Zion. This is a duplex but feels like a single family house. The other tenants are totally quiet and almost invisible. We had owner's phone number but never needed to call.

This is not a criticism, but furnishings are a bit minimalist. Dishes/glasses were adequate for a couple. We felt very comfortable here and would stay again.

Comfortable stay for our family. We really liked it.

The kitchen and living rooms were open, light, and cool. Dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies available. Really appreciated the washer and dryer.

We would have liked more towels. Needed a band aid, but first aid kit was void of supplies.

Nice to have a place that didn't have a ton of stairs to get into the place or to the rooms.

The location was perfect for visiting for the Shakespearean festival.

Pet-friendly, updated accommodations with spacious fenced backyard and covered patio. Owners thought of everything. Very clean and quiet.
