Enjoy breathtaking UNOBSTRUCTED views of turquoise water and sugar-white sands from your private balcony. Deep seated lounge on balcony for ocean breeze siestas - The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps away... Relax and sip a drink on your balcony ( you may never go down to beach) or at the Tides' poolside cafe . The Destin area is also perfect for a wide variety of water sports, including surfing, fishing, parasailing and kayaking. Water sports not your thing? Catch a game of tennis on the gorgeous Rubico courts at one of America's top-rated tennis resorts. World-class golf awaits at Sandestin, next door to the Tides. Kiddies can practice their swing on the Tides' miniature golf course. New pickle ball courts for exclusive use of Tides guests. Beautiful ocean views from our balcony. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We walked in and the owner had left a care package of white cheddar popcorn, honey roasted almonds and chocolate cookies. Made us feel welcome and right at home! We will definitely be back.

Nice Beach Getaway and wonderful ocean view!!!
Everything was nice, clean, and just like described. Check- in was smooth! Mara was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed to have a great stay! She thought of everything, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets! It does have a lot of carpet, so probably not good for someone with allergies. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The resort and condo were beautiful! The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Mara was very responsive and a great host. We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing stay!
This property was awesome! This is our 3rd vacation at The Tides at Tops’l and this was our favorite condo so far! Gorgeous view and wonderful amenities! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! We enjoyed the great access to the beach and pools, fun day and night activities for the entire family, and close proximity to stores and restaurants. It felt like our own little oasis and home-away-from-home. This was our first time at the Tides of Tops'l and would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful condo!
Ive stayed in many a condo at Tops'l, however this was our first time in 1405. This condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The view was amazing, the condo was clean, beds were comfortable and Mara was easy to work and communicate with ! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful grounds, quiet and calm surroundings, great pool. This particular 1405 was perfect for our annual trip. High quality kitchen furnishings, comfortable beds, and a fabulous view from the balcony. We'll be back, for sure.

Best place to stay in Tops’l!
This was our first time to stay in Tides 1405, but it won’t be our last! The condo is beautiful, with an incredible view. The owners are perfect hosts, going above & beyond to ensure that their guests have the best stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely dreamy
This was our first trip to Florida as a family and one of the best properties that I have ever stayed in. The weather was great, the view was spectacular, and Mara was a most gracious host. We arrived later than intended and were greeted by a warm and welcoming place complete with snacks provided to refresh us after our travels. The accommodations were well appointed and her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. As fabulous as those were, our days at the beach and pool could not be beat. We even saw dolphins from shore! Definitely one of our top 10 spots, I can not recommend this highly enough.

Couldn’t ask for better.
Mara was the perfect host, the apartment was perfect, with fantastic views and great location. The little touches of toiletries in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen made us feel most welcome, thank you.

Best vacation ever
This was the best place to stay for our young family of five. Mara had the place spotless with popsicles and snacks when we arrived. The beach was pristine, the pools were perfect. We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation and that’s exactly what we got. The condo was stocked with DVDs, games, and books for our kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked mos nights in the kitchen. All the amenities and staff were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!
Mara was an amazing host. The condo was beautiful, only to be outdone by the view from the balcony. Everything was so clean and organized. I loved that we didn’t have to bring anything except our clothes!
