Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had many excellent features that made for a comfortable and relaxing time on the Cape! The rooms are spacious, the bunk beds were great for multiple kids, and the backyard space was ideal for daytime and evening hangouts (patio furniture, fire pit, covered sitting area). The kitchen had all the essentials you would need to cook, and the living room/dining areas were spacious enough for a group. We did have an issue when we arrived with the trash overflowing and spilled into the driveway, which the property management addressed right away. The information and communication around trash pickup was confusing, as the posted days/times varied throughout the house and the information packet, and nothing was picked up either day that was mentioned. Another piece of information that was not mentioned in the house packet was that the dryer attached to the washing machine was out of order. There was a working dryer in the basement that we found by exploring, but it would have been nice to have that detailed for us. Additionally, while it was not a big deal, the grass had grown quite high and it would have been nice for it to be cut to allow for more playing in the front yard in particular. Overall we had a great stay, and would recommend!

We were disappointed upon arriving at the property. The yard was very overgrown which just made it look rundown. The house itself was generally clean, but doors were falling off and generally not kept up. The kitchen had no utensils. Thank goodness I bring knives and spatulas and cutting boards anyway, but we had to go out and buy a can opener and a few other things. The ice maker was broken so we had to buy a few bags of ice every day. The kitchen pics are so deceiving, obviously were those wide angle used when selling a house and they used those for VRBO. Literally the only counter space is taken up by a full electric stove. There was no cabinet space in the kitchen so the counters we did have were full of everything we brought and food. The internet did not work, the air conditioning broke while we were there. We could have gotten over all of that stuff (and we did), but the realty company was horrific at communicating. We called them on the first day about the internet. Two days later we called them again, they still had to answer, called again two days later and some other guy answer and actually called the owner which should have been done on day one. When we called about the air conditioner, they said they would call us back and never did. Called the next day, no call back. Called the next day, they had scheduled someone to go fix it but never told us. Two guys came out and days apart and eventually fixed it, but on the last day and no one ever called to tell us it was fixed. Anyhow, would never rent again and honestly think we deserve money back.
