Nestled in Madora Bay, this attractive house for £238 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The perfect 4 x 2 for a family beach holiday at Madora Bay. Plenty of parking for your boat if you want to fish ocean side or crabbing in the Peel Estuary. Large fully fenced back yard so it is safe for young children. A short stroll to the beach to spend the day or watch the sunset at the end of the day. Air conditioning, BBQ, playground near by for children, shop and Tavern 100 meters away. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $500 Bond, $100 cleaning fee on departure. NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED

THE HOUSE IN GENERAL WAS ACCEPTABLE,BUT WITHOUT QUESTION, THE BEDS CAN BEST BE DISCRIBED AS UNFIT TO INCLUDE IN A HOLIDAY RENTAL. NEXT WE MUST EXPRESS OUR CONCERN AS THE THE QUALITY OF THE LOUNGE FURNITURE,IT CAN ALSO BE DISCRIBED AS BEING FIT FOR THE RUBBISH TIP. THE ONLY WAY WE COULD USE THE LOUNGE ROOM WAS TO SUPPLY OUR OWN TWO CHAIRS. THE REAR PATIO IS SHOWING WEAR AND TEAR, INSOMUCH AS SOME HAS BROKEN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE,THEREBY CAUSING IT TO BE VERY MUCH IN A STATE THAT COULD AS ANY TIME WITH HEAVY RAIN ETC THE ENTIRE PATIO COULD FALL DOWN.NOW LAST BUT NOT LEAST WHAT GAVE YOU PEOPLE THE RIGHT TO GO INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT SOME DAYS AFTER WE HAD PAID THE RENT,AND PLACE A $500.00 HOLD ON MY MONEY. I NOW AWAIT YOUR REPLY, AND I WOULD SUGGEST THAT WE RECIEVE SOME CREDIT .THANKING YOU IN ADVANCEKEVIN BRIANT.

We were absolutely eaten alive with mozzies- couldn’t use the back garden as it seemed to be their colony - even my dogs were covered in bites - a few coils would’ve been helpful & maybes if the sprinkler system didn’t go off at dawn & dusk daily ? The recycle bin was over flowing & the general waste bin was half full with unbagged putrid smelling rubbish . The whole house could do with a thorough clean - great location for the beach though & shopping centres on doorstep

The location of the property is ideal, a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops. The property is nice and big however some of the furniture could do with being renewed. This didn't affect our stay so if you are looking for a big house for a stay close to the beach this is a good spot.

Good old house. Could do with a good spring clean n a bit better quality doonas. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Great Location and Clean House!
Booking was issue free and quick as we dealt directly with an external agency. House is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds are pretty comfortable, and heaps of tables/chairs both inside and outside. Would highly recommend for those who want a weekend away, and don't want to worry about having to bring your own things. This house has everything you need!
