The apartment is very clean and tidy and very well equipped. We arrived for the Seville Marathon and the location was excellent

Irregular sewage smell. The two settees are looking tired with marks on them. Maybe a steam clean would smarten the up.

Spatious, well equiped kitchen, do not need the AC because it is in the ground floor. Two bathrooms for 4 people is super comfortable!
The bed in the living room is not good for sleeping, very uncomfotable

Lack of welcome pack, emergency contacts, tourist info etc. no basics such as a tea towel, condiments. No hand soap.

The apartment itself is excellent and spacious for a holiday with the family. Communication with the host company was quick and they provided a lot of useful information. We enjoyed easy access into downtown either by UBER or renting e-scooters which are parked right out front.
Even though hosts were quick to respond and friendly, we specifically asked if the pool would be open during the dates of our stay. We were told yes. Because this was a family holiday, we were choosing an apartment specifically with a pool for the kids. When we arrived, the pool was closed. We would've stayed somewhere else had they been honest with us about the closed pool. This was very disappointing. Also we were told we had parking onsite but then the day before we arrived we were told we couldn't have parking for the first night. We managed to find parking on the street nearby but again, felt we had been told a bit of a fib. Lastly, the apartment is on a very noisy street so bring earplugs for sleeping.

Modern place, lovely kitchen, bathroom, beds, artwork. Brisk 20 minute walk to outskirts, Parking. Staff were good on the phone. Photos of "pool"/garden online looked great.
Does not have a pool! (see pictures". Told of building site next door 24 hrs before. Sofa needs cleaned. Location off a 4 lane highway in built up student area. Pricey for what it was.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated.
Good location if you are traveling by car, easy acces from the motorway and also to the main city attractions.
The self check-in process and code based access not depeding on a person and being flexible on the arrival time.
The contact person was very responsive answering our messages late in the evening.
Not sure if there is really a parking space within the yard as there are only 2 places for aprox. 4 apartments within the building. We could not find the remote control to open the gates to park inside and we were told that previous guest left with it. We manage to park for free on the street, but not sure if it was allowed or not.
The oven and microwave were not working (every time we were trying to start the oven the electric panel was crushing). Luckly the electric stove was enough for our needs.
It would have been nice to find some basic supplies for the kitchen, i.e. paper towels, salt, oil, 2-3 coffee capsules for the first morning or more dish washer tablets (not just one).

Large house and well furnished, not far from the center or the aquarium. a great place for families
a bit expensive (not much less than a hotel) and not much in the way of restaurants around the apartment

Pool it's in a shadow as well people are parking cars next to it.
So not worth to rent it for pool

From the inside it is a very nice apartment.
We chose this apartment mainly because of the presence of a swimming pool. On arrival this turned out to be a sort of an uncleaned and small pond. Impossible to swim. Very misleading.
