Location is great for universal and Hollywood and the dodgers stadium. Property is clean - check in straightforward . I’d stay again

Clean and well kept

One of the best nostalgic locations if you enjoy Warner bros. Overall, cool spot. Older apartment, so I’d suggest staying upstairs otherwise you’ll hear every footstep from your neighbors. We had a few issues take place with the a/c and garbage disposal, but manager was quick to fix it. If the management team fixes the small inconsistencies, it’ll be great.

Lovely home. Very comfortable bed. And the backyard is a sanctuary. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place -- comfortable and well appointed. Very clean and private. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything including grocery store. Only criticism is that the lighting is insufficient -- even though there are a lot of nice windows need more lamps and brighter lights in kitchen and bath. Had trouble with TV - it would help to have written instructions on site.

This is a cute little house in a nice area. The property manager was very responsive.

Ideally located to Universal Studios. It was simple and more affordable to just take Uber/Lift. The accommodations were super clean and had all the needed amenities. Wished we could have stayed longer.

This property was very clean and the perfect location for our visit to Universal and the WB Studios. There are several restaurants and a great cafe within walking distance.

The property was advertised and very true to the real deal! Very nice and clean! Kyla was amazing and very responsive! The place was very clean and comfortable with a very private, beautiful backyard. The parking was very convenient and since we were planning to go to the Warners Bros Studio, it was literally across the street :) We went to many areas around, hiked the Hollywood Hills, Disneyland and the studios; this place was so wonderfully located that it was very easy to get everywhere. We expected it would be complicated driving, but it definitely was not. Also, very convenient to grocery stores, etc. If/when we go to the area again, this place IS our preferred VRBO :) My husband and I highly recommend the place along with Kyla the manager!!!

We had a great stay. Communication was very easy and clear directions for check in process. The apartment was very clean, ample pillows and towels and basic necessities for in the kitchen. We used a baby equipment rental company but there was plenty of room in bedroom for pack n play, high chair by the table, room for toys in the family room and tub for bathing. Would come back again!

Has such a great time during this trip. The apartment was super clean and had all he amenities you need. We didn’t have to shop for too much which was great. The host communicated quickly with any issues we may have had. Definitely would stay here again!

This apartment was very comfortable and clean+ the location cannot be beat. Safe area of LA, and private parking for 1 car (off street) a big plus. The little shared back yard area is lovely and has a nice gas fire pit. Kitchen is well stocked. Only minor-mishap was that we were offered the opportunity to check in early, and confirmed that we would like to do so. However, when we arrived at the unit- the door didn't unlock. We texted via VRBO chat, but got no response. It did open promptly at regular check in-time- 4pm.

Clean and convenient. Loved the place. It is just what you see in the pictures posted. You should book this place if going to Burbank area.

Lovely one bedroom with beautiful backyard area. Perfect location in Burbank with access to all the freeways for easy travel. Had a wonderful time staying there, will book again on our next trip.

From Rick: Judy and I really enjoyed our stay at Kyla's rental in Burbank. The apartment is so cute, and the neighborhood quiet. A couple of minor quibbles: my wife is just under five feet tall and had difficulty reaching items in the (well-stocked) cabinets, so a step-stool would be a welcome addition to the kitchen, as would a drying rack for the dishes we sometimes washed by hand. And, as has been mentioned by others, additional lighting in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom would also be welcome. Continuing on the plus side, Kyla was very responsive to our questions, and we much appreciated her taking the time to text us the the entry codes prior to our arrival as we did not have access to the VRBO app on our trip. We also appreciated the short walk to Whole Foods and easy access to the freeways that we needed to take. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit LA.

I understand why Kyla has stellar reviews. The apartment was well kept, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfy...no cheap furniture there. Kyla was very attentive. Everything we needed was readily available. I only wish the walls a windows weren't as thin...I could hear the outside noise. I referred Kyla's place to friends and family!

This is by far the most excellent stay we have had in LA while we visited 2-3 times in past 3 months to this place. Very clean, matches the listing as-is, checkin instructions are very clear, and above all very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend

Great Apartment!! With awesome amenities. Loved the turn dial fire pit in the backyard. It was super easy to use and beautiful. Didn’t need my own firewood just ready to go fire pit. Didn’t use the grill but was a nice option as well, plus outdoor dining table. There’s also an indoor dining table option. Super comfortable bed with extra pillows in the lined closet with the extra towels too. This unit was incredible!! Would stay again the in future!! You should definitely book it if your in the area.

Fantastic experience - great place!

This property was a perfect location for what we wanted to do in the area. 10 min drive to Universal Studios, walking distance to the Warner Bros Studio. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked with basics. Only thing was that the lighting is quite dim in the living areas, kitchen and bathroom during the evenings. Otherwise, the neighbourhood is quite, and the A/C was appreciated since it was a very hot week!

This was a great little place. A wonderful first time experience with VRBO. I will say that the ceiling is thin. The renters above us were extremely loud so if hearing people stomping around bothers you, think twice. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Kyla is very helpful who always reply my questions very quickly. This location is awesome! Very convenient to lots of place. I really recommend this lovely apartment to my friends. Will come back next time!
