Property is as advertised. Will book again when visiting the area. Owner is very good when communicating. The property for our needs as a family of four for two vacations now. LBK is the perfect spot for enjoying the beach. The proximity to St. Armand’s Circle, Sarasota, Bradenton, and AMI is also nice to things to do away from the beach.

I booked this for a mother daughter, relaxing beach getaway. This was our first time to longboat key area and we will definitely be back. This studio was on the first floor, very clean and a few steps from the pool area and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Our weather was perfect And the sunsets were amazing. The host was very easy to communicate with and she responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back and already looking at future dates. 😊

Steps to the beach or pool. Patio was great for breakfast and lunch. Close to washer and dryer. Easy drive to many restaurants. Will stay here again.

Place was as advertised. Very quiet and relaxing on the beach. Very different than being in the hustle and bustle just north on AMI. Perfect for two adults looking for a getaway from the Midwest. Small kitchen allowed us to make breakfast and lunch in. In the evening dinners were a short drive away. We were contacted once by the owner to see how everything was. All in all would stay again

The location was perfect. Annette is a jewel to accommodate all our needs. We will definitely return!

Owner was easy to work with. She was available and replied shortly after contacting her. Had friends over and had a relaxing day on the patio and at umbrella table in the beautiful garden. With the ocean just a few yards away we also spent time on the beach. A long walk on the beach, cocktails and a colorful sunset completed a wonderful visit with good friends.

The studio condo was very close to the beach and pool. I loved the patio and sat there very often watching all the birds flying over the beach and ocean. I could hear the gulf waves energy inside the condo. I had a wonderful time and the manager was very accommodating to me.

This studio, while small, maximizes the space which made for a great stay. We had what we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Enjoyed dining on the private patio space. Beach towels and a cooler were provided. So nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests as well. We found this studio to be just right for our brief stay on Longboat Key and will definitely consider it for future trips!

This rental was perfect for us as we have two small children. Unit was clean. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The property is small, maybe 20 units, which is great. No waiting on anything except maybe the washer and dryer. A lot of the time we were the only family in the pool. When you walk out to the beach, which is less than 50 steps, you will not have to search for a spot to set up as is the case with some places. The island of Longboat Key, from what I can see, is largely residential. Keep this in mind if you want to go out to eat every night. Plan ahead. We cooked in the room 3 of our five nights. 2 nights we used the community gas grill which is right outside the door. Hopefully honest review of this property will not prevent us from being able to book again. We will definitely be going back here if this unit is available.

We’ve been visiting Longboat Key for many years and have stayed at many different places. We think we’ve found out perfect spot. It was wonderful! Right on the beach and quiet.

We loved this place! Literally right on the beach. And you can walk for miles. On the weekends the beach gets a bit busy, but you almost have the beach to yourself during the week. As we had glorious sunshine everyday, the umbrellas provided allowed us to sit all day by the ocean and still have some sun protection. This unit is at the end on the corner, so no one walking by and very private. We really enjoyed our stay. We have always stayed on Siesta Key before and this place looks to have converted us to Longboat Key fans. Also good location for stores -- there is a grocery store just a mile away and some very nice restaurants close by as well.

The condo was perfect size and had everything we needed. Privacy and direct access to a quiet private beach. Location was great. Short drive to shopping and dining and popular attractions. But if I could give the owner 10 stars I would. We had horrible airline problems and our flight ended up getting canceled and rebooked next day. Annette was so understanding and accommodating on last minute changes and extending our night one more night so we didn't have to cancel. She stayed in constant communication with us all day as our chances diminished spending 9 hours at our home town airport. just to be finally canceled. She made sure we got in the next day and all was well. Thank you so much!!!! I got to enjoy my bday waking up on the beach after all.

Annette was very kind and helpful. We had a great time staying at the condo. Being on the first floor was very nice since we had two kids and they could play in the courtyard. The condo was nice and clean with plenty of beach towels, and accessories to cook with. Thank for everything Annette.

This is a very small unit that comfortably accommodates two people. The unit is reasonably well equipped. Assuming you're coming to experience the beach, the unit's location is perfect, only steps from the sand, and it's a first floor end unit offering maximum privacy. We liked the property's location, halfway up Longboat several miles from the Circle where traffic is lighter. The owner (Annette) is communicative and accommodating; we experienced some persistent plumbing issues during our stay and she treated us fairly.

My stay at Annette's property was perfect. The condo was exactly as described. Check in was a snap. My 12yo and 9yo loved the heated pool and especially loved the beach.
