Words cannot express how beautiful and inviting this home is. It is very spacious, bright, and comfortable. There were televisions in every room(bonus), very comfy chairs and couches indoors and outdoors, and the best plush mattresses you could sleep on. The AC worked perfectly as it kept us cool in the gorgeous but HOT FL sun. Enjoyed the many amenities included with this rental, especially the Kayaks. It was so peaceful waking up every morning, grabbing your cup of coffee, and sitting outside on the deck dipping your toes in the water. Plenty of room, relaxation and fun for our group of 8. The owner, Mrs Delgado, was very quick to answer any questions we had and did so in a friendly manner. We appreciated how all safety information was located just inside the front door along with hand sanitizing availability. The neighborhood was quiet and anyone you did see was always smiling.This home is truly beautiful, did not disappoint and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Mrs. Delgado

AC unit worked off and on the first few days then completely died on Day 4
Got extremely hot in the house and no ceiling fans on property

This property was much larger feeling that the picture and description led us to think. We loved the location on the canal. There was plenty of fun watching the fish swimming by there. The property manager was very fast to respond to questions we asked. Great place, location and we loved it.

Nice place with plenty of room. Dock is large enough for two boats. Master bed is medium soft and comfortable. Place was fine for our group.

Like being at end of canal. Helicopter’s a couple days was a little close but just for a few mins. Good grunt fishing in canal and close to food and groceries.

Nice stay in Marathon. It was a lot closer to the Marathon airport than I thought but it was no big deal. Nice location, nice house, perfect for our family stay. Owner was very nice and even mailed us back lost items that were found.

Overall a great place. The yard desperately needs attention, most of the yard furniture was tattered and or had mold on it. Several lights had no or blown bulbs, no hot water in bathroom sink. Several hand and face towels in the basket were dirty!!

We had a great time at Marisela's place. Just a small hiccup with getting into the rental, but was easily and quickly remedied. The house was even better than the pictures showed, which is always a nice surprise. We found it to be stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies and toiletries, which other reviewers have commented were lacking. Not sure if Marisela changed her policy of only providing enough supplies for 1 day or if others left supplies behind. It would be nice to have the house supplied. That is what I expect from a VRBO rental. Marathon puts you centrally located to so much to do, and even though it rained the whole time we stayed we found plenty to experience and enjoy. We'd definitely would stay here again.

The host was very easy to communicate with. She let us check in early which was very appreciated. Great space for large group and perfect spot to bring boat down. Parking for trailers, a couple blocks from boat ramp!! Will recommend again and again!!

Property was as listed. Bedrooms were on opposite ends which made it nice with the baby.

I want to make a suggestion, a fish cleaning table on dock would help a bunch. And only negative was got ready to grill and gas bottle was empty, maybe an extra bottle on site.
