The main living is upstairs with open plan lounge dining and kitchen there is a flat screen tv and a dvd player, comfortable sofas and a dining setting, newly renovated kitchen with new appliances to make cooking a breeze for the family after a day at the beach. This level has a balcony with sliding doors from the lounge. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom, downstairs has a second living room with a second tv for games, a pool table, a sink and second fridge, there are two more bedrooms downstairs as well as a second bathroom, both bathrooms have been recently renovated. The back garden is fully fenced and there is a great covered decking area with a gas bbq and outdoor setting. Make sure you pack the footy and outdoor cricket set for family fun in the big back yard. This family home is the perfect location for all your summer getaways with just a short stroll to the beach, the rest of the year is also gorgeous down here at the island and this home will be the ideal place to relax and unwind from your busy life. There is ample off street parking and single car garage available for use. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. Do not stay here. The photos look great but the house is filthy and smells of dampness throughout. It needs a good clean and needs to be sanitised. We arrived to a dirty and filthy house. The house had not been cleaned ready for our stay. Hair and sand in shower and on toilet, blood on the toilet wall, floors not vacuumed and mopped, dirty couches, the inside of fridges filthy, cobwebs everywhere and to top it off the downstairs bed frame was broken and broken dining chair. Not happy!

The house should be bulldozed. Hard to find anything in it that isn't broken. Absolutely filthy. Not worth half the cost.
