Diría que es uno de los hoteles mas modernos y con mejores instalaciones de Goreme. La ubicación perfecta, las habitaciones preciosas, el desayuno muy completo (servido en el precioso restaurante), el personal encantador y muy profesional, mención especial a Fatma, la mejor camarera de desayunos que te puedas encontrar jamás.

Así como el desayuno era muy bueno y completo en las cenas no era lo mismo, la carta algo escasa y la comida regular.

Hôtel magnifique, avec un excellent emplacement dans le centre ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympa, une personne a pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il fallait visiter dans la région, de booker nos taxis et notre vol en montgolfière. Chambre très belle et bien équipée. Le roof top est parfait pour profiter de la vue sur la ville et les montgolfières. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Le personnel du restaurant est très avenant ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Pas de Check out late c'est dommage.

Die Lage des Hotels, die Aussicht, die Ausstattung, das komfortable und saubere Zimmer, es wurde an alles im Zimmer gedacht, der Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und guter Bedienung, Jederzeit wieder!

Das Zimmer hatte ein Bodenheizung und die Wände waren aus Holz daher war es sehr heiss im Zimmer, alls wäre man im Sauna. Es gab aber eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer dies hat dann etwas abgekühlt und das Ganze erträglich gemacht

Excellent excellent hotel and amazing hospitality by the staff. The bed was so comfortable and the area the hotel located was amazing. They gave us free upgraded rooms and even gave me surprised complimentary birthday and it was soo sweet of them.

Amazing property with amazing views over the town, central location. Amazing buffet brekfast. Great friendly staff. Great Valet parking that mean we didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to park our car. The bath and bathroom in the cave was outstanding.

The only thing to fault and very minor was the room was very dark even with all the lights on. I know this sets the mood but I found it a bit hard to see when getting ready for the day. The bathroom was extremely well lit though.

괴레메 주변 경관과 숙소가 잘 어루려져 아름다웠고 괴레메 야경도 너무 잘 보여 좋았습니다. 객실에 캡슐머신이 있어서 커피를 마시면서 큰 창을 통해 본 야경을 잊을 수 없을것같다. 호텔 루프트탑에서도 좋은 경치를 볼 수 있고 조식을 먹는 레스토랑도 좋은 뷰를 갖고 있다. 터키 여행 중 기억에 남는 최고의 숙소였다.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Очень просторный номер, красивое оформление номера, потрясающая ванна, отличный напор в душе, приятный комплимент в виде печенья, кофе в номере - nespresso. По запросу без проблем пополняют все, что необходимо. Очень вкусный завтрак, уходить с него не хочется. Прекрасный вид из ресторана на весь Гёреме. Бассейн - отдельное произведение искусства. Есть услуга парковщика, помогают почистить авто от снега.

не очень удобное решение с вешалкой для одежды - она расположена в ванной но это никак не влияет на прекрасное впечатление от отеля

The property exactly same like in the photos, my room was like in a cave, very beautiful room. The cleanliness was top notch, the bathroom shower was very good it has 3 different options, top, middles or just do it with hand shower. Amenities were complete, even they provide 2 bathrobes as well. Heater in the room working properly as Kapadokya was snowy when i was there. Bed very comfy, cookies as complimentary. All the staffs were polite and helpful, they help me to book airport shuttle and tours. They have pool and sauna as well. Overall, i like the hotel interior, it’s warm, cozy and elegant.

Stairs everywhere which a bit difficult if you have big suitcase with you.

This is a fantastic hotel well located in Göreme. The staff were brilliant, really accommodating and helpful. We must compliment the ladies on the front desk and also Fatma in the restaurant, who always had a smile (the breakfast and food offering in restaurant Haruna really good). We have a cave suite and it was stunning - loved it.

Nothing - WiFi at the back of our cave was not so good but I can see an obvious reason for that!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was incredible and the bath was amazing! A gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were so helpful. We booked an extra couple of nights it was that good. Lovely pool/spa area! Be sure to book your balloon ride with Turquaz.

Hotel is incredible with a great location! The swimming pool digged on the rock is absolutely unique! The staff is amazing with a special thanks to Mert and Aynur! The hotel restaurant have great food and environment with a great view and terrace!

Het bijzondere restaurant met uitzicht over Göreme. Ontzettend goed barpersoneel en de cocktailshaker bij uitstek super. Neemt de tijd voor je om een onvergetelijke avond te hebben. Daarnaast was de sauna grot heel ontspannen en bijzonder en de keuken uitmuntend.

Er viel niets tegen. Alleen mag de manager wat liever naar haar personeel zijn. Jammer dat een lang gezicht de sfeer zo kan beïnvloeden. Als daar tijd voor is sta je met teveel personeel.

Just that my room does not have a window, but that is understandable as rooms are dependent on the structure of the cave, i think. But not a big deal.

本当に全て完璧最高でした。出発前から現地ツアーの相談にも乗ってくれ、空港往復のシャトルも一番良い方法で手配してくれて、フライトの関係で午前中にホテルに到着したところすぐにチェックインさせてくれました（閑散期だったからかもしれませんが）。朝食もとっても美味しかったし、部屋も清潔で広くてとってもオシャレ（洞窟プールがあります）、シャワーのお湯・wifiも問題なし、街の中心に位置していてバルーンの見える展望台も徒歩10分と、、、なにをとっても素晴らしくて嬉しかったです。チェックアウト後に時間が余ってしまいましたがロビーで待機させてくれて、お茶まで出してくださいました。街全体ではありますが、ここにもニャンコ・ワンコがいて可愛すぎて毎日会うの楽しみでしたし、毎朝展望台に行くのが楽しかったです。 何より、スタッフ皆さんが本当に親身になんでも相談に乗ってくれてとても心強く、最高の滞在となりました。 ありがとうございました！

The location is very central, close to all restaurants and shops. Staff at the hotel were helpful, room was very cosy and tidy. One of the best stays i have had.

The cave room was big and very well decorated: modern with touch of traditional turkish design, comfy bed and complementary coffee, tea, water was great. The room had a great atmosphere! The terrace was super nice with a view over all the town. The breakfast was also really good with many choices both western and turkish style. The swimming pool in the Spa was bigger than expected and also in a cave, great to relax after a hike in Cappadocia! Great location right in the center of Goreme.

We loved the hotel The views were amazing, food delicious especially breakfast. Our room was lovely and the service was good. Staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. Thanks to everyone for making our short holiday memorable.
