De kamer is comfortabel met airco, de bedden zijn heerlijk, de douche is top, het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Er stonden elke dag heel veel flesjes water in de koelkast. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is prima in orde en het eten in het restaurant s avonds is ook goed en je zit er heerlijk meteen aan zee. De drijvende zitzakken in het grote zwembad zijn erg leuk! De zonsopkomst vanuit de jacuzzi is een belevenis.
Het verblijf was echt top maar er zijn nog wat kleine verbeterpuntjes mogelijk in de afwerking, finishing touch, bijvoorbeeld van de looppaden. Een iets groter afdak bij het ontbijt zou fijn zijn want in de zon zitten is te warm. Het afvalemmertje in de badkamer was oud en gedeukt. Het was leuk geweest als de bar bij het zwembad ook open was geweest. Ontbijt is pas vanaf 8 uur, als je de boot van 9 uur moet halen is dat te laat. De lamp in onze jacuzzi was kapot maar werd tijdens ons verblijf niet gerepareerd.

Widok z pokoju i spokój wyspy to coś wspaniałego. Zwiedziliśmy Tajlandię od północy do południa, jeśli chodzi o relaks i miejsce do typowego wypoczynku to zdecydowanie polecam. Na miejscu można wypożyczyć skuter bez żadnych depozytów. Obsługa świetna, śniadania bardzo smaczne a same wille to coś wspaniałego. Jak będę miał okazję to napewno wrócę zatrzymać się na kilka nocy.

Villa ist der absolute Traum, Aussicht nicht zu beschreiben schön, Pool mit Aussicht, riesen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, modernes Badezimmer.
Wir wurden auf Anfrage von Koh Samui auf Koh Ya Ya bis zum Hotel begleitet, um den richtigen Weg zu bekommen. Inkl Fähre und Taxi.
Essen ist sensationell, am Strand, mit mega Auswahl und preis Leistung einfach top.
Personal ist mega freundlich, ich denke die Hausdame, bedient jeden und bedient dich auf eine Gastfreundlichste Art.
Einfach nur Top und war eines meiner besten Aufenthalte.

The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the Massaman Beef… the best we had in Asia so far (and we we live in Asia since a few years)!
The location, what to stay… pictures speak for themselves, it is truly beautiful. Super comfy bed, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful…everything is perfect.

Obiekt przysłał po nas taksówkę do przystani. Położenie i widok- super. Obsługa bardzo pomocna (wymiana pieniędzy, wypożyczenie skutera), codziennie świeża woda, sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Pyszne smoothies czasem do śniadania.
Śniadania zdecydowanie do poprawy. Łosoś, sery leżą kilka godzin bez chłodzenia, bez przykrycia. Chodzą po tym muchy🙁 Na górnym tarasie brakuje leżaków i parasola- niewykorzystane doskonałe miejsce.

Uważam że w takim kompleksie powinno być wszystko idealnie czyste, jednak tak nie było. Zardzewiały kosz w łazience, kurz na roletach itp. MRÓWKI! Mrówki na blacie w łazience i na łóżku!! Ostatniego dnia brak wody. Bez skuteru nigdzie się nie dostaniesz.

After a whole week in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, we needed a couple of days to relax at a peaceful and quiet environment, and Saengsuree Villas definitely provided with everything we were looking for and more. The villa was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the small private pool looking at the sea was simply wonderful. Service was really friendly, and breakfast at the beach was also pretty good, as were the food and cocktails on the menu at the restaurant. We had a perfect couple of days.
Not an issue for us, but the sea by the villas is not for swimming. There's access to other beaches either by walking or on a motorbike.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach der Hammer. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick. Die Wohnung ist riesig. Man könnte hier problemlos länger bleiben. Der Pool auf dem Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Frühstück am Strand ist super. Hier kann man auch super Abendessen. Wir haben uns telefonisch Cocktails aufs Zimmer bringen lassen die echt super schmecken. Die Insel hat zwar nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, aber ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten einen Roller und waren quasi überall. Hier kann man gut Wäsche waschen, essen gehen und entspannen
Wenn man auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, ist es wohl nicht halb so schön. Unbedingt die große Villa mit Pool buchen. Die Pools sind etwas laut. Da die Häuser auf Stelzen stehen überträgt sich die Vibration etwas. Es hat uns nicht gestört, aber man hört es. Hier und da sieht es etwas nach Baustelle aus und klassische Badestrände sucht man hier vergebens.

L’aspect le plus extraordinaire de cet hôtel est la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse surplombante de la villa. La villa en elle-même est très propre et très bien équipée avec une décoration toutefois un peu clinquante. Excellent restaurant ( pour lunch et dinner ) avec une partie sur la plage très agréable et une autre dans le lobby au dessus de la route. Location de scooter pas cher et pratique.
Juste le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de ce standing d’hôtel. Savoir aussi que la « private pool » des villas est plutôt un grand jacuzzi ( avec une propre mais non chauffée) ce qui n’est pas gênant car la piscine commune de bord de mer est très agréable.

Gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Zimmer und unsere eigener kleiner Pool auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstück am Strand war für uns auch gut und es gab jeden Morgen Abwechslung. Wir haben via WhatsApp mit Khwan (Hotel Manager) kommuniziert und sie hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Ob Cocktails im Zimmer, Wäscheservice oder sogar ganze Ausflüge. Es gibt keine Mehrkosten für den Roomservice. Wir wurden auch vom Pier abgeholt bei der Anreise und ebenfalls zum Pier gebracht bei der Abreise. Sie hat uns persönlich zu einem Pier gebracht von wo aus wir dann zu einer Tagestour gestartet sind Das Essen in beiden Restaurants ist einfach nur suuuuper lecker und wir haben nirgendwo besser gegessen. Das ganze Team ist so freundlich und man ist wirklich in einer anderen Welt abseits des Massentourismus.
Der Strand ist nicht gut, er ist sehr steinig und und das Wasser ist sehr trüb. Baden im Meer ist dort also nicht so gut möglich. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Die Hauptpoolanlage wird leider vernachlässigt, es gibt kaum intakte Liegen. Das ist sehr Schade, weil der Pool am Meer eigentlich ziemlich toll ist. Uns persönlich hat es etwas gestört das der Fernseher nicht am Bett ist. Die Pumpen für den Pool waren zeitweise sehr laut aber abends werden diese abgeschalten. Aber trotzdem ist das Preis-Leistung top und wie gesagt, das Team macht alles möglich!

L’établissement est incroyable, ils peuvent tout organiser pour vous il y a beaucoup d’activités locales à faire que ce soit plongées ou visite d’un sanctuaire pour éléphant . Le personnel est plus que formidable , aux petits soins . Les villas sont superbes et il y a tout ce qu’il faut . Nous recommandons ++++. En plus la cuisine est incroyable 😻
Pour dire quelque chose , peut-être que ça manque de suspension pour faire sécher son linge dedans s’il pleut . Mais il y a beaucoup de chaises donc ça le fait 😁

The villa was absolutely incredible, the view on the sea was amazing. The food they serve was from our opinion better than the other restaurants on the island. They could even make it not spicy.
Our host Namfon did an incredible job being responsive to our question and requests in very short time, it really made our stay even better. An incredible demonstration of professionalism and what an amazing service is. We could not be more satisfied.
We would definitely recommend it and come back!
A couple of chairs on the roof top terrace would have been nice.

The property overlooks the beautiful Andaman sea in the isolated island of koh yao Yai . It’s got a really nice plunge pool and great views of the numerous Islands . The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay . We were offered good hassle free airport transfers at a reasonable cost and even breakfast for our onward travel . They also offer scooter rentals and a very cheap cost .

There were hot plates in the villa but no pans to cook - not that we were interested in cooking .

A modern-style design villa with an amazing view on the seaside. We enjoyed staying there almost all the time, as the place was very comfortable, beautiful and romantic (bought some food in the nearby 7/11, warmed it up on a stove and bought drinks in a special corner shop 🙂). You could go to some public or remote beaches from the villa, but we didn't do it as we were enjoying the jacuzzi and the swimming pool on the place and watched the sunset and the moon, sipping our self -made cocktails. BTW, we already had a ready-to-use bag of ice in the freezer, very comfortable 😀👍
The bedroom is really stylish, with a huge and soft bed and mirrors on the walls and surfaces. A lot of drawers and a big wardrobe to keep all the stuff.
The bathroom has all the amenities, shampoo and conditioner, plus a set container with a paste and a toothbrush. Moreover, the view from the window of the bedroom is just crazy - open the curtains and you'll see the stars and the moon 🌚❤️! Magnificent 🤩
The smell inside the villa was delicious, as there was an oil lamp with some lime/bergamot fragrance. Very nice.
We also received a welcoming tasty sweet and sour drink, 2 bottles of water and a big plate of local fruit.
The only thing that we didn't like was the restaurant. Probably in the high season the restaurant is working in a better way, but during our stay in August there were only 2 couples, and after ordering our breakfast we had to wait for almost 40 min to get the food ready (there were 2 options, American breakfast with additional dishes to choose from, and the Asian style breakfast with rice or noodles and other typical addings). And I didn't like the taste of it so much, really. Seems like some products were not very fresh. I guess the reason was that we were the rare guests at the low season.
Anyway, I had the feeling that the restaurant itself doesn't fit with the stylish villas 😃 Like, they could have made it look much better or modern.

The villas are located right on the beach with an incredible view over the islands of Phang Nga, you will never get tired of the view. Its a quiet location with a few restaurants nearby. Its recommended to have some transport (car or scooter) to explore the island (which the villas can organize). They also gave us complimentary transfers to and from the Port on arrival. Breakfast free of charge and was excellent from the Beachfront restaurant, a choice of freshly prepared Asian or Western breakfast. The villas were very clean, spotless, comfortable with a lovely small pool on the balcony. Staff were easily contactable via messaging app, and helped with many things. We also had an incredible dinner on the beachfront at their restaurant, the food was amazing.

Wow, wow, wow amazing, great hotel, great location. The hotel staff is super nice, pleasant and always smiling. We booked a room with a private pool, we got a huge suite with a private pool and an amazing view of the sea, the beach and the coconut trees. The hotel has an upper restaurant and a lower restaurant near the beach where you have breakfast. Recommendation If you don't see something you want to eat for breakfast, just ask the staff and you will get it. In the top restaurant named Gala you will eat the best food you can find on the island and in the Krabi area, wow what an excellent restaurant, tasty, high quality, clean. With a wonderful staff of waitresses, speaking English, exceptionally kind, excellent prices, happy hour, there are not enough words to describe how good this restaurant is. . The hotel also has a private beach, a large pool great for swimming. Motorcycle rental, shuttle services and pickup from the pier. All this is managed by the general manager of the hotel named Khwan.
An amazing, pleasant woman, always helping, assisting and explaining. She took care of our every request, was very generous and gave us a free shuttle. Available at all hours of the day via WhatsApp, its level of service is number one on the island. In conclusion, an excellent hotel, with large, excellently clean rooms, with an excellent restaurant and a champion general manager, wonderful and special. Recommended, recommended recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Saengsuree villas. Our hosts helped to arrange our transfer to the island and collection from the ferry port ahead of time. Villa had lots of space and a great big bedroom. Decking area and private pool was great. The hotel has an amazing onsite restaurant and the kitchen team/waiters went above and beyond to cater to us as vegetarians. Villas have an amazing view of the ocean and your own private beachfront. Our hosts also helped to arrange a floating breakfast for us one day which was lovely.
