The view, the apartment, the beach close by, the balcony, the parking,...

The apartment is on the second floor and has no lift. We did not think it's a problem but it might be good to know for some others.

Very modern apartment/ furniture and fittings. Fantastic view over the town and beach area. Short walk to all amenities. Anita our host left basic household cleaning,laundry and bathroom products for our use. I would recommend this sunny apartment.

The apartment is new, clean and well equipped. The furnitures are all nicely choosen so the whole place looks beautiful. The view from the balcony is spectacular and there is a nice little beach nearby. Host is very friendly and helpful. I can recommend it by hearth.

The apartment that we stayed in Villa Sunce is modern, very clean and well-maintained. It is rather big, bright, airy and nicely decorated with pleasant warm colours. It has everything for a long stay. There are a big terrace, a washing machine and a free private parking in the inner yard. The bed is comfortable and the blinders in the window in the bedroom tend to promote a good sleep. The apartment is very good located – directly opposite there is a small grocery store and the old fortress and town’s center are just within walking distance. If you travel by car and want to enjoy local cuisine, it takes about five minutes to reach an excellent tavern “Stric Luka” from Villa Sunce. But the most important here is the hostess Anita who warmly met us with delicious local biscuits, showed everything and later was always in touch by phone and ready to help with any information. She is a very pleasant person with whom was very easy to communicate. We would like to thank the hostess for very friendly and caring attitude. Thank you very much, dear Anita, for your hospitality! We can definitely recommend this apartment and with a pleasure we will stay here next time we are in this area in Croatia.

A great apartment with a hell of a view, newly furnished and well equipped with everything you need. nice host. The location is awesome the city is at the heart of Croatia your reach many places using the car in max of 1,1/2 hrs. There is a football and a tennis court nearby (for free😊) Would definitely recommend it. (The city doesn't have great beaches however half an hour ride and you'll reach some nice beaches)
