PID-STRA-16344 This spacious large 2 storey home , heaps of windows for that beautiful fresh sea breezes is suitated metres from the river and a few more steps to the beach. The house will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests UPSTAIRS:- The main bedroom is private and spacious along with your own balconly with river views Bedroom #2 has 1 king single bed A single bed is also upstairs ( does not have its own room - but is great for a spare ) There is a great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room also with a balcony with river views The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and is bright and airy also on this level the laundry has a top loader machine and clothes dryer The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need for cooking up a storm - electric upright stove along with microwave & dishwasher DOWNSTAIRS:- Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and has a 2 way toilet. Bedroom # 4 has 2 single beds with very large built-in robes A big and very comfortable lounge room with TV with enough space for everyone to enjoy A outdoor BBQ area within the grassed fully enclosed yard makes a nice spot for entertaining and is fenced and gated so you can bring your dog if you wish Overall this is a great house for your Wooli holiday. All you need for a relaxing stay here in our special spot on the coast. Only metres from both the river and the ocean. House was OK in terms of cleanliness, hard to avoid salt and stickiness. There was a bit of left over packets of chips etc.. under the furniture. We loved the light and airiness of the place and had everything in a well equipped kitchen. We will go again.

The location is perfect, I stayed here a few years ago and the property was excellent. However this trip found the house really musty and had dust debris on stairs and furniture etc. One of the downstairs bedroom door screens was laying on the ground so we couldn't have the door opened for fresh air. I'm not sure who is supposed to clean the premises but it looked like it had not been done for months. Sorry for the negative feedback

We enjoyed our stay at waters edge, plenty of room for a large group with 2 levels. Prime position for fishing/kayaking being just across the road from the river and beach. Conveniently located a short walk to the bowling club and park. We have stayed in quite a few holiday rentals with awhimaway and I seem to have the same problem - cleanliness, I don’t like to go on holidays and start it off by cleaning but the house was certainly not cleaned thoroughly before we checked, we did stay over peak holidays so you can understand the cleaners would have been busy but there was layers of dust, sand and rubbish underneath the beds/lounges etc. The house was supposed to have a downstairs fridge, it didn’t, it had a freezer that didn’t work. Lastly the outdoor area definitely needs to be worked on, there are so many pavers that have moved making it a massive trip hazard and the shade sale is partially down. Overall, I would stay in this house again (value for money/size) but a few upgrades and more cleaning would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Our vacation rental is in a beautiful location but it desperately needs a deep clean. The furniture has seen better days, some of the dining chairs have no seat left in them, the plates and cups all needed cleaning before we could use them, one bed was completely broken underneath- this was fixed within an hour of reporting it, which was great.

Location perfect, love Wooli house so mouldy stank at front entrance, downstairs felt dirty, ammenities very poor, no hose outside either..feel bad to give this review but honest.

Our stay at Water's Edge was wonderful. The location is sensational as we surfed, swam and paddled for 3 days. Water's Edge location is quiet and peaceful. We were well looked after by Craig and his team

The house is a bit tired but is in the best spot at Wooli. Handy to everything with the beach one side and the river the other. Very relaxing.

Loved by all the family including our dog
The house was comfortable and spacious and in a great location. Activities enjoyed were walks to Minnie Waters and Red Rock, canoeing up and down the Wooli River, beach walking, swimming and fishing. Our dog had a fantastic time.The only downside was the unusable condition of the most of the cooking utensils, pots and pans. They were unclean, rusted and had the non stick coating peeling off. We were lucky we had brought our own saucepan.
