Decent stay

Comfortable stay, helpful staff and clean room and pool.

The way leading to this property is in a really bad shape - broken road, no lights and wild bushes on both ends.

It was wonderful.

Everything. It’s good peaceful and best thing closer to the city and the dog squad who joined us.

We could be a little more prompt on ensuring the bathrooms & pool are clean

Ambience is peaceful and very relaxing

We stayed in the chalet at Avanti Retreat. The property is nicely maintained with lots of trees and birds. The ambience is peaceful and very relaxing. Service is too good. Overall the place is excellent and I would recommend visiting this place with family.

Great time

The property is really big and well maintained.

The kitchen was not operational, and due to its location, it was quite difficult to explain to zomato people the exact place. But it was still manageable.

A total waste of time and money travelling all the way to Avanti Retreat, spoilt our entire program.

Attached screenshot taken while booking, shows One-Bedroom Chalet (Bedroom + Living Room). I don't know if such a "chalet" exists at this property, because we were asked to fit into a Single Room next to the "pool" (size of a bathtub, literally!). Booking.com hasn't done their due diligence.

It’s a lush green property, very well maintained and amazing staff! Rooms are quite big and spacious.

Beautiful, aesthetic cottages, great ambience and super polite staff

The place is very quite and calm. I loved the ambience and the service. I went with my dog and had a great time. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had the cottage adjoining pool. They also had table tennis and badminton. The bathrooms were fully stocked with essentials. Overall, i had a lovely stay and would definitely be back for another staycation.

Not Value for Money

1. They setup small bonfire for us. 2. You can order from Zomato and Swiggy 3. Nice lavish open space & garden - Your pet will love it. 4. You can go for walk outside property also.

1. Stray Dogs on Property - We had a pet so it was difficult to control them. 2. Not value for money - We paid Rs 4k/night but facility is old, deteriorating.with no maintenance. 3. They don't even have dental kit. I asked that I can pay they said "Itni Subah Kaun Jayega Lene".

Lovely little place to stay, nice break from the city

I was in the area to ride at Natural Horsemanship India which was just round the corner so the location was great for me. It's a beautiful space and a very relaxing place to be. I was initially put into one of the cottages outside, which was both charming and spacious. But rather cold in winter and no hot water in this room. So I was moved inside to a room, which was actually much nicer and more modern, although the hot water only lasted about a minute or two at a time. Food was good, although rather confusing as there is no menu but they write up a meal plan according to your needs. fresh and delicious though. The treatments were great, and I enjoyed the detox treatment plan, which was really affordable and a great deal and very professional. However the treatment centre is very cold in winter (when I was there in early Feb), which was quite distracting during the session and made it hard to relax. There was a heater in the cubicle but perhaps it's not enough when you've removed your clothes! Saba who works at the desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, she did a great job.

Not having hot water was problematic, and not for long enough either. If you need to wash your hair then 2 minutes is not long enough. The treatment centre was cold too which made it hard to enjoy. The dining hall looks like it needs doing up, it's clean but rather cold and sparse.

Rejuvenating!!

Property provides the right mix of nature, health spa and recreational amenities. Rooms were spacious & clean and the entire staff was really courteous. This place is perfect for a relaxing weekend or a family gateway. We found it refreshing and relaxing :)
