A perfect gem

I found a gem.. A cosy place to relax and gather myself. I feel completely at home here. Clean and comfortable, close proximity to the shopping mall and restaurants. The Dada who works reception very polite and very friendly always with a smile, welcomed me like a sister! I highly recommend this place!

I like most of the friend and helpful staff, the good location

It is a little bit tricky that they do not offer you hot water for shower as said that the hot water is broken, so my family didn't take shower, but they actually the hot water is available they just didn't turn it on. In the very early morning of the next day, they turned the hot water switch on. However my family were sleeping so missed to take shower when the hot water is available.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. familiar environment. Nice paintings.

- no mosquito nets on the beds, bathrooms to fix (leaking shower, door that doesn't close), music and noise from the nearby club every night, rather poor breakfast (milk or coffee / two slices of bread / omelette / margarine)

confirmed reservation but no room available

remains a mystery

unacceptable that you are sent a confirmation and greeting email and when you arrive 1 hour later the room is unavailable . needless to point out that the $30 cost to get there remained my very own misfortune . in that situation staffed turned to no speak English to avoid having to assume responsibility .

The staff had awful reply, no water for bath and gave us a dirty bucket of water to have shower with. I wish I never see her again

Quiet and very calm, good place for resting if you had a long trip, close to shopping malls and there are many nearby shops and restaurants like KFC if you don’t want to eat the local food.

Old bathrooms and bedrooms, not enough ventilation in the lounge, and very slow wifi, sometimes off.

Loved the local vibe.

They were so lovely and got up early to make us breakfast. Everyone there was super lovely!

They really need to fix bathrooms and it would be a perfect place! the toilet leaks all night and makes a huge mess but if the bathrooms could be repaired, it would be great!

The lady at the reception was friendly kudos to the customer service.The location was good close to many amenities for those wishing to be near the city.

A little bit of facelift for the bathroom door and the room I booked would be great. Other than that I was okay nothing much to complain about

Lovely place where they really make you feel welcome as friends. Clean and new and everything just works ..as so rarely in Africa 😂 Nice pool, good working space, great people

Basically can pass for a day's stay.

The linens require replacement, the Air conditioner requires improvement on notice. The staff were homely and welcoming. They should provide electric kettles in rooms, introducing hot showers as well.

Good location, okay breakfast, great service. It is a simple accommodation but perfect for a night’s stay

Could be cleaner, no toilet paper in the bathroom, the air conditioner did not work.

It was good value for money, but the place could use some maintainance here and there

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the outside area was lovely.

The water was brown and the beds were not very comfortable.

The staff here are very helpful. Good location if you don't need to be in the city centre - close to transport, shopping mall, food places and a craft market.

The rooms are small and dark. There were quite a few mosquitoes when I first entered the room, with no mosquito nets.

nice place in a nice quarter

Simple but good breakfasts, really nice location. The place is 8km from down town, which is not really near, but the quarter is really pleasant ! And you have your own bar just beside !

Amazing staff! Simple, but clean and very nice stay.

What you see is what you get + extremely good service. Simple, but very nice room. Properly cleaned. Staff was extremely helpful, flexible and oh so happy to help with anything. David deserved a spot in the spotlight, on his birthday he picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night and helped us out with our whole scheduling and arranged so much for us! Breakfast at 4.30 o’clock in the morning (because of our extremely early departure as well) was surprisingly also included and ready for us! Impressive service and a great experience :)

If ever I come back to Tanzania I'll stay here again

perfect location. Mlimani City mall just near by where you can get everything, including ATMs restaurants, grocery and coffee places. I'm a freelancer and I'm working online every night. My room had A/C and a small desk, so I was able to work pretty comfortable. And the most important: my night time calls/video-conferences never disturbed other guests, meaning the rooms are quite good in terms of sound proof
