Please avoid at any cost

The location. Its on the top of a hill inside a residential estate.....and thats about it.

Everything inside the hotel, except the staff. They were not proffessionals but wete helpful enough.

Bad choice. Not worth it.

- all the staff including front desk executives were arrogant - no wifi. When we asked why they said "nahi hai problem hai toh OYO walo ko poochlo" - Carpet was looking so filthy - no toiletaries provided ( at least they should have provided tissues in the washroom) - no tab in the bathroom, only shower was there that too had not enough water supply. Morning the hot water supply was off - to get a water bottle we had to call them 5-6 times at the end we went to the desk and got the water bottle - no room service available - No kitchen - 2-3 different hotels menu cards are there in the room. When we ordered food extra charges for parcel and hotel commission included in the bill - ac was terrible, couldn't sleep peacefully as it was making too much noise - bathroom was not clean - curtains were not clean - chair covers were dirty - it was a terrible experience

The property management is a bunch of goons and criminals. absolutely road side behaviour all captured in cctv of reception.

I didn't not like anything, the rooms were not clean , the staff was not ready to give us the keys , they said that they will come and open the doors for us ,and they look their own time to come upstairs while we were waiting at the door. I have the screenshot of booking.com payment screen, it said i will have to pay 3500 but the receptionist asked me to pay 4000 otherwise she won't let us check in. Also the staff was really rude. They didn't answer to any of my questions politely. They did not even provide us with glasses ,or plates or spoons nothing . the carpet on the floor had fungus on it. Trust me if nobody calls me in next 2-3 hour from booking.con , i am going to file a complain against booking.com. i have been trying to contact you guys since we have checked out.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It is spacious but not maintained at all. The rooms stink a lot and the place is very unclean. All the rooms are same dirty and filthy.

Mene ye hotel khane ke saath book kiya tha or jab hotel me check in karne ke baad khane ke baare me pucha ki hotel ke saath khana bhi book hai to hotel waale ne kaha ki hamare system me nhi bata raha or booking in se kabhi hotel book nhi karna ye app accha nhi hai or hotel ki service bhi acchi nhi hai

Not acceptable.

The kitchen opened at 11, that was the time of checkout.

The hotel didnot accept 1000/- oyo payment done in advance on the oyo app. They asked for 2000/- insted. Took really long to connect to oyo and refund the money. They don't let us checkin till then. And the location far that we dint have a choice but to pay the 2000/- they asked for.

wrost experience of my life

The worst stay of my life, I was asked to pay extra at the reception because they said minimum a customer has to pay 2000 INR, please discard this property from booking.com. I even spoke to the property manager and they also asked me to pay the extra amount. The rooms were so unhygienic, the doors would not lock, I was not even given a key for the room, the bathtub was not functional, room was smelly basically this was a disaster

It was Worst hospitality in my entire life. Only location was good, else everything was pathetic.

Dirty, clumsy rooms.there was no staff after checking in Every guest were yelling at reception but there was no one to attend them.zero service, felt cheated.

They asked me to pay 1800 for booking at midnight when it's already booked for 900 and some change. That's unfair practice felt like getting harassed when at midnight travelling with female and no other option to stay. Never ever would book this property
