Wonderful place to stay for myself and my family for a 4 nights. The property was very clean and well organized and we loved the layout and the "beach" feel. Cant say enough about the hosts - just awesome to work with. Excellent communication and the place was exactly as described. You will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 12 fit perfectly spread across the two units. The walk to the beach was quick—and we loved the outdoor seating!

We loved the proximity to the beach! Just a short walk across the street. We also loved the laid back atmosphere of the neighborhood. Not busy and we were able to walk to dinner every night. The house is great and had more than enough room for our group of 12. We would definitely stay again. Mia was great and had great communication. Check in was very easy and she reached out before to make sure we would have everything we needed.

Perfect location across from the beach. Very nice house with lots of updates and plenty of amenities.

Worked very well for our group. Especially enjoyed evenings around the outdoor amenities.

The additional lease required by the property owner almost kept us from renting. It seems unnecessary. The units have nice kitchens and living areas. Great beachy decorations. More baking dishes would have been nice as we made a holiday dinner. The rugs on the screen porches had mildew- need attention. All and all,a nice spot in Indian Rocks Beach.

The interior was clean, comfortable, & tastefully decorated. One of the the bonuses of this property for our family was the private outside area. There were 3 tables & plenty of chairs which allowed us to sit together for our Thanksgiving dinner. Sitting around the gas fire pit in the evening was the perfect ending to the day! We all loved the easy beach access for our morning walks, afternoon beach fun & evening sunset gazing! We had everything we needed & would definitely stay here again!

The downstairs tables, gas fire pit and hammocks were incredible for lounging and large dinners. Skip the expensive beach resorts and stay in a cozy and comfortable place like this to get the most out of your visit.

The property owner/manager, Mia and her husband, are terrific host and very thoughtful. Our stay was complete with everything well thought out leaving nothing for us to need. The walk to the beach was so easy allowing us to go whenever we wanted without any planning. I highly recommend this property and its location at Indian Rocks Beach.

Loved our stay. Beach was so close! Wonderful sea breezes and close to everything. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7 and could have accommodated more! Plenty of beach supplies and the outdoor living space was awesome! Would definitely rent again!

Tons of indoor and outdoor spaces and so close to the beach and restaurants. Mia was wonderful to work with and had so many extras that were helpful like coolers, umbrellas and chairs for taking to the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved the double outdoor hammocks, awesome fire pit, great outdoor grill and eating area. We rented bikes from Rad Rentals snd they delivered the bikes to the house. You can ride bikes on the beach right across the street. That was such a highlight of our trip! We rented the whole house which worked really well for a socially distant vacation. Also, the living room couches are so comfy and perfect for a movie night. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and we hope to come back soon.

We rented the whole place and split off with Brother in Law with 3 kids (4, 5, 9) and my husband, 2 year old and MIL and it was perfect. Anything we needed was there at the house or close to walk/drive to. Great food, beach was super close, great patio space for Thanksgiving dinner! And Owner Mia was always available and provided anything we could think of! Highly recommend staying here!

Close to beach and when renting the whole property you have plenty of room for everyone in your party comfortably. The downstairs was a great perk with the outside covered seating and the 2 grills. We will be booking next year!

If your looking for a great place to stay then look no further you have found it. Mia is a great host and wonderful person. She will make sure you have a great vacation. The house is just lovely with plenty of room for the whole family. There is board games to play and all kinds of beach gear on the back patio. If I'm ever in this area again I would stay here again! I even named one of the gecko Harold he was just so chubby and always begging for food...lol. Thanks again Mia we had a wonderful Vacation!!!

We were so very happy with El Palmar! We rented both spaces and it was just perfect for our family, 6 adults and two children. Not only was it comfortable and clean, the location was perfect. Just a walk across the street to the beach and so close to so many beach restaurants. There was a wonderful covered patio with comfortable hammocks and grills and out door furniture. We had a wonderful experience. Mia was a lovely host.
