If you are not arriving with them, please make sure they have ALL the info you have. Even if your Mom calls me, I cannot share reservation details!! Your first, and second, and third best way to reach us is through our message string on the website! PARK—Never, Never block the driveway. One vehicle per apt goes in the back, ONLY in the space labelled for #2. Never Park anywhere but in the space marked #2. More vehicles??..... Usually, there's plenty of safe street parking nearby. Best to BACK into a space. Otherwise, you might have to do a 10-point turn if someone parks goofy. There are FIVE other cars who need space. Back all the way in to your space. DOOR - Your code opens the front door on front porch AND your door #2 in the downstairs hallway. Please leave one key in the lock box AT ALL TIMES . Per description, this is NOT the party place or the gather place before/after the party. NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Not ANYwhere on the Property. PET OWNERS - We are dog and cat people, too. We need your help in order to maintain our open policy to pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds without drop cloths or sheets, look for some in the hallway closet. The $15 per per , per stay fee does NOT apply to carpet/furniture/bedding cleaning. So please use coverings if your pets are couch surfers! If the cleaners have to wash blankets/duvets/throws/or furniture that extra charge will go to you!!! TRASH – bagged trash only goes in big Green Bin in driveway, co-mingled recycling goes in big Blue bin. SHEETS Towels, soap, shampoo, washcloths, iron, hairdryer, other essentials are there for number of folks you booked. BEDS: Do not fold up the pullout with sheets or pillowtopper on it. WIFI -- network and password is the House Manual on the fridge (maybe on the side of fridge) LAUNDRY - message me at least 24 hours before arrival if need laundry access, I'll walk/talk you through it. FRIDGE and PANTRY- I’m kinda torn about this. I do actually monitor what’s in there. It seems silly to throw away a fresh half-used milk… push it to the side if this offends you. CHECKOUT - LEAVE the sheets/towels and trash --do your own DISHES, turn OFF the heat/air, LOCK the windows and doors, LEAVE all keys in lockbox if you used them, SCRAMBLE code if applicable, GO forth and do good work. If you didn't meet her, my partner in this endeavor is daughter Margot. You can't buy a better business experience for a young lady than letting her convert and manage 4 of our previously long-term units to vacation rentals

s: Beautiful structure, High ceilings, nice furnishings. Would certainly stay again. So-sos: Railing on front sidewalk is loose, Slightly dark in the hallway, a little tough to read the lockbox buttons. During our stay, the city had a steel plate on the road; loud. (But certainly not anything the owner could address.)

The unit was clean , comfortable and affordable. It was only an eight minute walk from my planned venue ( Variety Playhouse) and several shops and places to dine.

Great location and very accommodating. Clean and comfortable. Tub/shower difficult for older or mobility issues, the tub has shower doors that do not slide well.. Take a Firestick or Roku, if you want to watch any TV, the Chrome was locked by another user.

We scheduled as a stop off from our vacation in order to attend a concert in downtown Atlanta. It is a beautiful home located conveniently near numerous activity spots. We were a 10 minute Lyft ride to State Farm Arena. We had a family emergency after the concert and were unable to spend the night. However, this gorgeous home allowed us to shower, change and our yorkie to rest for a few hours. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This owner completely stopped responding to me or VRBO- and would not refund me even though we did not stay in his unit. The unit does NOT have TV (local channels were pixelated) no cable tv. A broken chromecast with no instructions was on the wall that owner had no idea how to use. The temperature was 55 degrees inside (it was 35 outside). and would not warm even after 90 minutes. Floors were unkept and filthy especially in the kitchen and there was old food in the fridge. We had children and had to get to a warm place. The owner completely stopped responding on the VRBO app nor direct text so we left and had to rent a hotel. He was RUDE on the few times he did respond and completely UNRESPONSIVE once I complained and told him I had to leave. I waited over 2 weeks to leave a rating to see if he would respond to vrbo and do the right thing. He did not. He kept my $500! THIS GUY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Lamp in our room was broken when we got there - talk lamp. Place is Beautiful during the days- windows stunning- Just needs some TLC.

What a sweet, pet friendly find at a great value. The rental was very clean, comfortable and perfectly functional. The location is fantastic - close to shops, restaurants, and a great walking trail. So thankful for pet friendly, too. Would definitely stay here again. Positive experience.
