It was a lovely flat which offered more than I required in a crumby run down town.
With the flat? Nothing . It was lovely. The bed and crisp white sheets were sheer luxury for me.

I like the position close to shops and restaurants and the city center. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea, and anything you need for a quick stay. Shampoo and shower gel were provided as some cleaning products. Roberto is very helpful and he goes above and beyond to help with directions but also to accommodate arrival and departure. Is very convenient for De La Warr Pavillion which is 5 min walk away. Marino's one of the best fish and chips in Bexhill is on the doorstep. There is a laundrette on the same road which is convenient if it's a long stay.
The bed/mattress was a bit soft and maybe a new mattress should be put in. However, the room is in a hallway and very silent no noises or any problems from the neighborhood.

The location was excellent-very convenient for the De La Warr Pavilion and the beach. We only stayed one night, but there were facilities for microwave cooking toasting which we would have made use of if staying longer.
There was a slight damp smell although no mould was visible. It could just be the age of the property. The heating was very efficient and it was cosy and warm.

Having a fridge and microwave. A lot of space. A loved the discounts in nearby restaurants.
The door knob was counterintuitive. The curtains didn't do much to keep the room dark.

Breakfast wasn't included so we went to the Capri Cafe, about 30 metres around the corner. It was fab.
The accommodation was great with everything you're likely to need, and a few things you might not!!
Would have liked a non-slip mat in the shower.

Good location. A stones throw from the Del a warr pavillion.
The surcharge for using the property on a twin rather than a double basic. An extra £30!! It’s in the small print - sneaky

Very clean, well equipped, and nicely presented studio apartment. Perfect location for De la Warr pavilion. We were going there for a day festival and Roberto was kind enough to arrange for somewhere to leave our cases when we arrived and then delivered them to the apartment for us ready for when we came back in the evening.

Location was perfect to get to shops, beach and De La Warr Pavilion. Accommodation itself was nicely confined but had everything that I needed for a 2-night stay.
Roberto was also very helpful and quick to reply to messages.

Brilliant location, two minutes from the shops, the beach and the pavilion. Everything I needed for two nights was there and the fans were on when I arrived (it does got very hot). Recommended

Proximity to seafront and shops
Rough depressing surrounds outside the flat
View of bins. Poor ventilation. Very hot no fan provided . Poor access in and out of bed. Bathroom sink can only be accessed from the side. No drawers for storage only wall hooks for hanging clothes . Very limited kitchen worktop space . No comfy seat.

Location is 2 mins from the beach. Well equipped for a short stay, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle. Thanks for the teabags! Right next to a corner shop but cross over the road and you're at the De La Warr and seafront. Very clean. I was in the downstairs studio. And a much needed fan!! Would definitely stay again, great communication from the host.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent quality towels and bedding. Location perfect for visit to De La Warre Pavilion. Communication with host excellent and straightforward check in process.

everything was great, the owner communciated well and kept in touch re the keys the place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. we was staying overnight for a funeral and location was great and as i said was very clean and everything we needed

Perfect for the seafront and the de la warr pavilion. Apartment clean and tidy.
The bathroom was very small and the TV reception not acceptable radio only..

The studio was beautiful, near to the beach ⛱️ and shops. Studio was ready with towels, and everything I needed, microwave, kettle, toaster. TV.
The only thing I can say is the sink is to close to shower hard to get in to wash face and teeth. Also a grab rail would be handy in the shower.

With menus etc there was a lot to choice from which was great.
Beds not comfy but each to their own others might find them fine.
I’d also say it’s more for single people or a couple not a family.

Central. Very good value. Thoughtfuly laid out. Warm and welcoming..
Kitchen sink and drainer not great design leading to lots of water. Need an extra telly in main bedroom. Not essential but would help when more than 2 guests.

Fab compact studio flat with everything you need, excellent location for Del la Warr pavilion and beach. Excellent value for money.
Personally I'm not keen on beds being up against the wall due to space, but it was fine

Firstly the service from Roberto was second to none. I arrived very late due to weather and motorway closures.
Despite this Roberto was in constant contact until I arrived and supplied me with the combination for the key guard as it became too late to meet in person.
The property was easy to find, just off the main road and a minutes walk from the concert I attended at the pavilion.
The apartment was larger than I expected clean and well equipped.

It was excellent value for money. The location was near the shops, cafe and seafront.
The apartment had everything you needed and was well designed.
Some people may not like that it is in an ally behind the shops. But it didn't bother me. 2 minutes and you are walking along the seafront.
