Nucleus Ave residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of downtown Columbia Falls. The location is the perfect jumping off spot for your trip to visit Glacier Park. The condo is a two bedroom and 2 full bathroom unit. The condo is located in a brand new building on Nucleus ave and the owner has impeccable taste with her new furnishings. It is stocked with everything you will need for your trip to the Flathead valley including Mr. Coffee and K-cup style coffee makers. There is a beautiful balcony facing east to to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with some incredible mountain views. A large flatscreen TV in the living room and a TV for each bedroom, each with cable service are within the unit for those times you need to relax. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with one bedroom having a King sized bed, the second containing a queen sized bed and the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa. The kitchen and living room flow seamlessly together making a great gathering space for you and your guests. The building has easy and secure access as well as an elevator to get to your unit and up to the rooftop deck. The rooftop has comfortable couches and bartop seating to take advantage of the amazing mountain views. There are gas grills and a firepit for guest use. The Flathead River is just a few blocks away as well as the countless lakes in the Flathead area. You will love your stay here in downtown Columbia Falls. One covered assigned parking spot for this condo. Nucleus Ave condo is located directly downtown and is located amongst several great restaurants in beautiful downtown Columbia Falls. It is only 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 miles to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, 25 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort. Columbia Falls, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, dining, & live theater in Whitefish or Bigfork …the activities are endless. Downtown Columbia Falls is a quaint Montana town with some great restaurants, amazing access to Glacier National Park, a beautiful 18 hole golf course, access to the Flathead River for your fishing needs and a farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had to change the sheets on our bed as they were not fresh. Luckily the spare set of sheets was in the closet. The ceiling fans are covered with dust and should be cleaned by facilities. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at this condo and would come again. Great location to access Glacier National Park and Whitefish

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Close to so many sights. Attending a wedding in GNP and we were able to host gatherings in a central location for the wedding party. Walking distance to locations for daily needs. Close to one of the better eateries. Great view from front porch area. Could not have worked out better for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The place was spotless and completely accommodating, and the property manager and hosts were excellent communicators. Access to Glacier was a breeze, and having a wonderful bar and restaurant next door was so convenient. The home is gorgeous, with plush bedding and all the amenities you need. This condo is in a secure building on a main street, walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. The views from the windows and the porch are nice. The assigned parking is tight but doable with a smaller sized car. The unit is stocked with the essentials. Easy check in and out. I recommend this place for your Glacier stay.

Great place
My friend and I stayed here for about 4 nights. We enjoyed it being that we had our own clean room and bathroom! The place is big and has a nice outdoor area. Kitchen is fully equipped. We also took advantage of their washer and dryer. There is a restaurant/bar around the corner. We enjoyed dinner there one of the nights.

Glacier Getaway
We loved the proximity to Glacier National Park. It was fun to come home after a day of hiking and have a cocktail and listen to the live music on our balcony. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the location and the property itself and it worked out great for our trip to Glacier National Park. It was decorated trendy and appliances were newer. Pantry was well stocked, however I would recommend adding a small first aid kit. Some antibiotic cream and bandaids would’ve been great. We were an adult family of 5 so one had to sleep on the pull out sofa. Bedding for the pullout was hard to find and the comforter had old blood stains on it, which totally grossed out my 20 year old son, so we had to go buy a new blanket for him to use…none of us were happy about that. The parking was not good. The check-in instructions said parking was first come, first serve, however I’m not sure others were aware of this. We rented a large SUV which didn’t fit in the spot for our unit. So we parked in another spot and was left a not-so-nice note on our vehicle asking us to not park in their spot but each time we came out there was a different vehicle in that spot. So more clarity on that would’ve been nice. Street parking was a hassle depending on the time of day. At one point we had to park several blocks away and after a long day of walking in the park that was the last thing we wanted to do. We were excited about the roof top however, it was a little sad…dead plants and a little dirty. Our unit was clean and having laundry facilities in the unit was great! Overall it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again..with a smaller vehicle.

We loved this condo. Location was perfect for all the activities in GNP. Well stocked with supplies. Coffee, spices, ziploc bags, soap, laundry supplies, and maps for the area. Loved the live music next door and very convenient to all the activities in Whitefish as well.

Great Property, Great Location
The property is exactly as advertised. It was super clean, well stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. The location is perfect for getting your National Park on along with many other activities/sights. Not only that, there is a bar/saloon with live music next door (the live music did not bother us at all), a bakery/coffee shop across the street and a good restaurant a block away. Additionally, there is a grocery store within easy walking distance. Sarah, the property manager, is wonderful. When we had to change our dates due to the pandemic she was very easy to work with and accommodated our date change with no hassle. I highly recommend this property to anyone.
