We came here in May 2022. The pool and playground were perfect for our three children aged between 3 and 7. The accommodation is clean modern and was perfectly sized for our party. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The hosts were brilliant. We hired a car at the airport which is approx 15 minutes drive. We did big shop at Lidl which is en route to Dubrovnik and did smaller shops at the Tommy in Gruda.

The property was perfect for what we wanted - to relax and switch off from busy every day lives. It was clean, modern, comfortable and the outdoor area was amazing with a large salt water pool with a jacuzzi (pool depth was the same the whole way through, approx 5 foot), bbq facilities, climbing frame and an area to play football/games with two goals (2 grown men throughly enjoyed this!), plenty of outdoor seating and shade too. Inside the villa there was air conditioning in all rooms that worked very well, hot water was instant, beds were comfy with thin sheets and thicker duvets suitable for either hot or cold nights, plenty of pillows, towels for the house and around the pool. Large dining table with 6 seats. There was WiFi throughout the villa and which covered the areas surrounding the pool which was fast enough to watch videos/undertake video calls without disruption. There are smart tv’s in every room fitted with Netflix. One of the bedrooms was en-suite and the other was not but was adjacent to the main bathroom. The villa states that you can sleep up to 6 people but there is only 2 bedrooms with a large sofa in the lounge area that could be used to sleep children. Ana and Mario our hosts were simply fantastic, we had a minor issue with our air conditioning and hot water on the Friday night after a storm and they came out at 10pm to fix it. They were also available by WhatsApp at anytime if we needed them. They also run a vineyard 10 minute drive away which they invited us to for wine tasting and to have a meal with them and it was simply amazing. Mario is a wonderful host and we would highly recommend an afternoon/evening at the vineyard. The nearest supermarket, Tommy, is a 5 minute drive and there is a Lidl about 25-30 min drive away if you want a bigger supermarket. To summarise, the villa and our stay was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it to everyone! We will definitely be back.

There is nothing we could fault with villa.

Large outdoor space, good pool and toys large BBQ, great playground if you have young children, designer furniture, generally well equipped kitchen, powerful showers, good Wi-fi Netflix, quite peaceful location. Would recommend a trip to 360 restaurant in Dubrovnik amazing food but need to book.

Indoor space especially bedrooms and en-suite small. Poor quality pillows, no where to hang towel or dressing gown in bathroom, no toaster, teapot or mugs a must for a decent brew. Hosts attended Villa unannounced on 3 occasions over our week, on one occasion entering villa without invitation, when discussed with host we were told to accept house rules! Be prepared for unadvertised house rules! Extremely unusual for a holiday let. Avoid local Tommy supermarket, Pemo nearer to airport cleaner and more choice, Lidl a little further great value as usual.

We liked the place very much. Quiet, great mountain view, fantastic sunrise view. Whole facility is great, swimming pool great. Great people! We would like very much to come back!
