Nestled in Amelia Island, this lovely condo for £415 per night is a great choice for your next break. Amelia Island was awarded 3rd best Island in USA by Conde' Nast Traveler Reader Choice Thank you for your interest in our 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury condo at Ocean Place Resort in Amelia Island. My condo has qualified and been awarded the Prestige Property Winner and a Premier Partner status for VRBO many years in a row. We continue to book our unit more than expected. That's what happens when you have the nicest unit in the best Oceanfront complex at the best rate. Please note that during the week of July 4th and during the Concours car show (Normally the first weekend in March), we are limited to only one parking pass per unit. Our 3bd/3ba ‘oceanfront condo’ located in the Ocean Place Resort located next to the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. My condo is one of Amelia Island's & Summer Beach's OCEANFRONT luxury condos available for rent. It is in the GATED OCEAN PLACE RESORT CONDOS. Our spacious (1995 sq. feet) 6th floor condo is decorated and flows just like a home ~ to ensure that you feel comfortable during your vacation, and at the same time get that ‘I’m in a luxurious resort’ feeling! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and it’s own access to the balcony. One of the secondary bedrooms offers a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offer a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunks with it’s own bathroom. Our condo sits in the north corner of Ocean Place Resort, so it is filled with amazing ocean views: from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. Our over-sized balcony overlooks the Ritz Carlton’s garden area and Amelia Islands gorgeous beach and ocean views. We offer SMART T.V.'s in each bedroom and the living room. Our condo includes comfortable towels and our sheets are high quality, so you will rest easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with any of your cooking needs and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a normal drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We can add a Porta-Crib and high-chair ~ upon request. The Ocean Place Resort includes 2 pool and deck areas, 2 private-elevated boardwalks to the beach and access to walking and biking pathways. There are multiple golf courses and a tennis facility close by, as well. We try our best to keep beach chairs & umbrellas, small beach toys and other ‘beachy/pooly’ fun items in our condo’s storage closet for you to enjoy! As our guest you can take advantage of the restaurants, shopping or spa at the Ritz and even golf at a discounted rate at the Golf Club of Amelia Island. I’m happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. My goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you ~ so our cleaners, ‘handy’ mans, and other contractors are readily available, as they live on the island in case you need them. We hope that you will feel valued and appreciated throughout your stay, and to ensure that you get the best experience, you will connect directly with me~ you have my cell phone number to call for anything-even recommendations or directions throughout your vacation. This is perfect for a family occasion or special vacation. Truly a premier condo with amazing ocean views and close to many local activities including the Historic Downtown area of Fernandina Beach. Unit is as pictured. Excellent contact with Michelle as needed. A few hiccups, but they were unrelated to condo and condo owners. Would definitely visit again

The condo was nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately we arrived in a power storm which made unloading very difficult. I felt directions could have been a bit more explicit as which floor the condo was on and the exact location of carts.
The first morning of our two full day stay, we awoke to no water. I called the owner who told me she would find out what was going on and get back to me. We could not use toilets, showers, brush our teeth etc. At 10;30 I finally went out in the rain and walked the entire property and finally located a phone number to call and was told the water should be on shortly. After leaving the condo for grocery to buy water, and lunch we returned around 1:30 and found water back on. At 3;30 I received a text from the owner asking if we had water yet. I am aware the owner was not responsible for this issue, but we certainly were not! The situation was not handled very professionally. We lost our first day of vacation.
That evening, the owner text me and offered another night because of the problem. After checking with the other 4 ladies, 3 arranged to be able to stay.( One has a husband with dementia and had to find a sitter for the night, another had to change her flight) I let the owner know we really appreciated the offer!
The next day, while out shopping I received a text late morning telling me she was unable to offer the extra night as someone wanted to rent the condo. NO phone call! Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

We had so much fun and the accommodations were great. Everything was extremely comfortable and quality. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful. All the items provided for the beach were so convenient and helpful. The only issues were the guest room toilet where the chain kept falling off the lever, the rooms got much hotter than the main living space but was helpful that a box fan was provided for one room and also the tvs were missing the controller to control using the smart tv features like Disney+, Netflix, AirPlay etc.

The condo was clean and well appointed. It’s quite a walk down to the beach so go down prepared because it is a haul to go back and forth. Take a packed cooler and whatever else you need.
No tables or umbrellas at the pool so we didn’t spend much time there.

Our stay at this property was outstanding for Spring Break with our young family. You cannot beat the location from the Ritz and steps away to the beach. It had everything we needed from a crib for our toddler to beach chairs and towels. The weather was great the last week of March and not too crowded.

One of the best properties I’ve been too. Tons of space in the condo and a great beach location. Right next door to the Ritz so access to a few restaurants and a coffee shop is just a stones throw away.

This beautiful condo was just perfect for our crew of 7, had everything one could possibly need and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. Beds are super comfortable. The games & playing cards were great to keep 3 teenagers busy while the weather wasn’t cooperative.

My husband and I stayed at Michelle’s condo this week and we felt like we had walked into an upscale hotel suite when we arrived. Everything was meticulously clean, high-end, and perfectly appointed. We’ve stayed in many rental apartments all over the world but never one that quite felt so upscale, so luxurious, and so comfortable. The quality of the bedding, the curtains, the furniture - it was all top-notch. And of course you can’t go wrong with the gorgeous balcony for those morning sunrises, and the perfect location just steps from the beach. We will be back!!
