Apartment Duodo o Barbarigo is located in one of the most elegant and beautiful areas in the heart of Venice's district of San Marco, and very closed to: San Marco square, Rialto bridge, La Fenice Theater, Accademia Galleries, Palazzo Grassi, Peggy Guggenheim Museum . It's also closed to the docks S. Maria del Giglio where the line 1 of water bus stops. Palazzetto Duodo or Barbarigo belonged to one of the most ancient families of venetian patriciate, the Duodo. It was built in the thirteenth century and during the '700 it was decorated and elarged following the purest Venetian style. The flat entirely occupies the so called "noble-floor" (the central floor of Venetian buildings, it is at the 2nd floor) of Palazzetto Duodo, and it is 5.30 meters high, from the floor to the ceiling. The whole property is 350 square meters.
