Very nice location. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Neighbors were all super nice. Our only complaint was regarding the beds. They were not comfortable. An actual bed in the 2nd bedroom would be nice.

This was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Great location with easy access to several destination towns. Would highly recommend !

First time in Elk Rapids, and the location was superb. Just off 31 on a quiet sidestreet great for biking and walking, and a nice healthy mile or so walk to town. Across from the beach - can easily walk kayaks across. Third floor provided great views, and enjoyed the exercise of the stairs (property renter called to make sure we were OK with stairs - no elevators!). Recently renovated with new paint, new floors, new furniture. However, another 'surprise' renovation is that the listed large bathroom with jetted tub & walk-in shower is now two 1/2 baths with one walk-in shower - no jetted tub, which was a bit disappointing, as the pool had closed for the season. They also added WiFi recently, which was a pleasant surprise (listing on VRBO says NO WiFi - needs to be updated!) Would definitely stay again, but please update VRBO!

We stayed for just a weekend so having a well equipped condo and easy access to the beach was a huge plus!

The unit was very clean and functional. The unit has been recently updated and that definitely can be felt. It is right across Grand Traverse bay and the beach across the street was great and mostly empty, we almost felt like we had a private beach. The pool was also nice. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. If you are a light sleeper please be aware that there's road noise that you can hear in the bedroom, which since bothered me. My wife and kids on the other hand slept right through it without any problem. Overall a great value for the money. I recommend it.

We had such a lovely time So very clean and comfortable We will definitely be returning We asked for extended check out and property management was kind and approachable.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Our view was perfect and we were treated to an amazing sunset the 1st night. The condo is not fancy by any means but it was clean. We did not mind the covered steps up to the 3rd floor. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. Great little beach section right across the street. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Condo location is wonderful, you can stay there or move easily to other towns and beaches. The small beach in front is quiet and “private”. The place is clean and all the stuff the owners provides is there. from there to other cities and beaches.

We had an amazing time in the lake and pool. Double pull out couch a little small for 2 teenage boys to share but we made it work. Beautiful view-miss it already!

Decent experience overall. Wish they would have given us the proper lockbox code when checking in (made for an unpleasant late night scramble after a 4.5h drive). Woke up the next morning to parking lot completely flooded (had to take off shoes and socks and wade through above ankle feel water to retrieve car; only park on the side of the building), bring your own pillows.

Really enjoyed the stay. Perfect long weekend. Unit was well kept and clean. Great location, about 25 mins east of Traverse City. You are literally steps away from the sand! Wifi would be nice, so just be aware that you'll be unplugged here!!!

Overall it was good. We needed 6 towels and only received 5, and there were no sheets for the pullout couch in the bedroom, only the living room. Other than that, it was nice.

The condo was very nice. The amenities we just as described and the location was easy to find. Beautiful view of the sunset from the condo.

The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. The view over the water was beautiful. The walking up three flights of stairs, not fun!

We stayed 4 nights at the Beach Resort condos and loved it. I loved having the beach just steps away as well as a pool which was very clean and warm. The only negative I would say is that it was a bear climbing to the 3rd floor with all of our stuff every day with 2 small children. If it was just us adults it wouldn’t have made much of a difference to me. The view of the lake made it worth it! We would definitely return just the two of us but for a family vacation we’ll be staying elsewear or until the kids can carry their own stuff ha!

Right on Michigan Lake. Awesome view. Water was Crystal clear and beautiful.

We really enjoyed our time here. Very clean and well furnished condo with a wonderful view.

Close to restaurants and great beach!
