About this condo rental
Located in Seacrest, this charming condo for £268 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The sparkling blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico beckons from the moment you open the front door. Follow your instincts and head straightaway to the jaw-droppingly gorgeous panoramic view from the balcony. Mistral 22 has a new look! In January 2022 we completely renovated the downstairs bathroom, installed vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms and entry hall, and redecorated most of the rooms. The decor is stylish and comfortable, with numerous original artworks and family photos. The living room features a large sleeper sofa, a storage chest with extra pillows and linens, three comfy arm chairs, and a 55” smart TV perched above the modern console. The spacious great room with vaulted ceiling is open to the updated, and well-lit kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could want, including Silestone counters, a raised bar with 3 stools, a glass top stove, an overhead microwave, roomy side by side fridge with water dispenser, quiet dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, sharp knives, good quality cookware, and more. The table in the dining area provides seating for four. And no matter where you are in either room you simply can’t miss the VIEW,! The downstairs bedroom features a white queen-sized bed flanked by wall mount adjustable reading lamps, side tables, wicker chest of drawers, small console table, ceiling fan, full length mirrored closet, 42” smart TV, Sony blu ray player, and cushioned window seat. Beach service included during 2024 season. Just across the hall is a stunning, fully renovated bathroom with walk in glass and textured tile shower, single floating vanity, spacious and beautifully lit medicine cabinet, and a new LG stacked washer and dryer. Kids will be delighted by the comfortable bunk beds in the entry hallway just around the corner from the bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the large master bedroom loft which overlooks the living room. The master has been updated with stylish midcentury modern furniture, including a King size bed, two charming nightstands, wall hung adjustable reading lamps, handsome bookcase, large chest of drawers with secret laptop desk, ceiling fan with light, and a 38” smart TV and Samsung blu ray DVD player. There’s also a comfortable well lit reading area with two comfy chairs and a small table. The renovated master bath is truly a show stopper. The ceramic tile in the glass shower is reminiscent of driftwood and creates a feeling of serenity in combination with the room’s taupe and white colors. The shower features a rain shower head, a recessed nook, and hooks for towels and wash cloths. The white double vanity with 4 large drawers and matching mirrored medicine cabinet make this spacious bathroom comfortable for two guests. There are plenty of hooks from which to hang additional towels, jewelry, and clothing. A full-length mirror, magnifying makeup mirror, and hair dryer are provided as well. One car is allowed per unit. Mistral 22 sleeps 8, making it the perfect destination for a large family or two couples with or without kids. It’s conveniently located on the eastern end of 30A between Water Sound and Alys Beach. To get to the beach simply walk down the stairs and follow the walkway to the private beach access on the first floor. For your convenience, there are showers and hoses located at the platform at the top of the stairs to the beach. The pedestrian/bike trail, which runs the entire 18 mile length of 30A, is conveniently located right in front of Mistral. Please note: • There is no elevator • No pets • No parties • No smoking or vaping • Parking is for one car only You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

We knew going in based on other reviews what to expect. That expectation was ton of stairs,a slanted deck, and next to building was a public beach access. We went up and down everyday without issue, we spent a ton of time on the sloped deck, beach service attendant helped manage the beach area keeping kids and tents off to the side. The unit had great ceiling fans, beds were great, shower/water pressure was perfect, washer/dryer were brand new. We enjoyed our stay!

Had some check in issues with the door code not working and then when I went to get beach service I was told this unit did not have it (stated it clearly on listing. The office got the code working and even after calling and being told this unit didn’t have beach service, they attendant took care of the customer.
The major issue I had was with the balcony!!! The slant is so bad I was afraid to walk and sit on it. The biggest part of the beach for me is being able to sit out in the mornings and at night on the balcony. This year I could not. The view was great from the doorway though.
This really was a downer.
The condo is nice though and set up well. The spiral staircase to the master loft is a bit tight but the master was great. Especially the bathroom.
Fix the balcony and you will have a top spot!

The location is great with beautiful gulf views. Both bathrooms are beautifully updated. Great size for 2-4 people. Only down side is the complex doesn’t have elevators so hauling luggage up to the top wasn’t fun.

We loved our stay. The only issue was checking in. Neither of the door codes worked and the customer no service that answered the phone was zero help. Need to have people that speak clear English on the other end of the phone. My husband finally was able to contact the property management for a new code but we stood in front of the door for over 30 minutes with out luggage in the heat.

What a great spot for my family to spend some time with my parents and get them some time with their grandchildren! Four adults and two kids were a perfect fit. We biked every day and found a bunch of fantastic restaurants and shops within biking distance. Beach was amazing and plenty of things to do when the weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to stay here again.

Great Unit and View
This unit was extremely clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and the bathrooms are incredible. Master suit is great, looks like one out of a magazine. Guest bedroom and bathroom are very nice as well. Unit also has a new washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

Our favorite condo!
We have traveled for over 10 years and stayed in many properties along 30A. From homes to condos, this was the best condo yet. Great access to the beach, clean property, bathrooms are beautiful, they maximized the space of the condo, and the management were very response and helpful.

The good: Nice property that’s well kept and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all needed accessories, flatware, and serving dishes. Beautiful ocean view.
Suggestions for improvement: some of the artwork is adult themed which had my little ones asking questions.
Property management: Having made the reservation six months in advance with the property management group, we assumed any concerns would be addressed through property management. We had no special requests and made clear our intentions for visiting the area for a relaxing family vacation. Extending to the property management company the kindness of a request to stay with a 6 month notice, we assumed this same kindness would be extended to us.. Wrong. At 4:42 PM on the day before our stay, Best Beach Getaways called me requesting the ages of all occupants or else they would cancel the reservation in the next 18 minutes. They had six months to request this information (happy to share it with them) but chose to wait to the last 18 minutes with a threat of cancellation if I did not respond by 5:00 PM on a Saturday. Thankfully I was near my phone. Shame on you Best Beach Getaways! See the message I received below. For context, this was the first phone call I had ever received from them: “ This is (Redacted) from best beach getaways. I been trying to reach you about your reservation tomorrow that you have with us. I need ages for all adults and children before 5:00 today or I’ll have to cancel the reservation.” Again, I was happy to provide the information, but not under threat of cancellation after shelling out a great deal of money, requesting time off work months in advance, and packing for a week long stay.
